The Loft... Are you looking for a quiet spot to get-away? This might be the perfect spot. This contemporary-style cottage is perched above the ocean with views that cry out to be captured on film or in another art medium. With floor to ceiling windows and a loft area, accessed by the wonderful wooden spiral staircase, you can appreciate nature’s beauty in the area. There are two small open decks for sitting out and watching the lobster men haul their traps.

This is a very private spot at the end of a strip of land that looks across Boothbay Harbor. You have access to the Juniper Point Association amenities with tennis, boat dock and beach. Golf is also available only a short distance away at the new 18 hole Boothbay Country Club. Boothbay also has a number of good restaurants and shops.
