This attractive villa is located in the Moorings, a gated community in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed, private bath, TV, and deck.
The guest bedroom offers two double beds, a private bath, TV, and deck. A third bathroom with a shower and, washer and dryer is located in the hallway. Additional sleeping is provided in a pull-out sofa bed. The dining room seats six, plus two at the kitchen counter barstools.
No need to drive to the ocean- merely walk 50 yards to a world class beach. Take a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, ranked third in the world!
Walk to the Robert Trent Jones Clubhouse, or play any of the five award-winning courses on the property. Hike or bike the 32 miles of trails, or shop at the Shelter Cove, less than a mile away.
The General Store and Rental Center are also within walking distance, making this Villa one of the most convenient units within Palmetto Dunes.
There is an abundance of fine dining available or eat in on one of the two decks overlooking a lagoon. This is the biggest bang for your buck this close to the beach. Well behaved and obedient pets are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet deposit.
