Rent a boat or bring yours for cruising the canals, taking a trip to Sanibel, or fishing!! Our large backyard offers a great view of the sunsets and the water!!
Every room in this home has a fresh coat of paint. Most of the furnishings and bedding are also new. The living room has large 12 ft. sliders that open up to the lanai and pool area. The living room features Tommy Bahama furniture for your Florida experience.
The master bedroom has a private bath and sliders that also open to the lanai and pool area. This home has a large yard with many trees and foliage to look at. Professionally landscaped.

We bought a vacation home in Cape Coral after visiting some friends in the area.
We love that we can boat from our own backyard! We spend hours touring the canals or exploring the islands and beaches along the gulf!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We loved this house because it has huge sliding doors that can be opened between the house and the lanai/pool. The whole wall disappears to bring the outside "in". We also loved the large backyard and wide canal that we are on. So many canals are so narrow.....not ours. We love sitting on the lanai or down by the water and watching the fish jump or a great sunset!!
