Sunny, comfortable, attractively decorated, clean AND convenient. Tough to beat.
Our condo is roomy with two bedrooms plus a loft over the second bedroom. There is a queen bed in each bedroom, a double bed in the loft, one roll-away, and a sectional sofa bed. Two decks for year-round enjoyment. Soak those sore muscles in one of three hot tubs or swim in the full sized pool after a day of skiing.
All this and the best location in Breck! It is an easy walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift, skating on Maggie Pond, restaurants, shopping, The Village, hiking trails, bike path, and all that Breckenridge has to offer. Free Parking and Laundry on-site. Free Wireless access and ski locker.
Our place is not an "institutional" feeling rental condo. We have made it warm and welcoming without being busy or cluttered. It is our second home and we maintain it for our own enjoyment as well as yours.
A recent renter wrote to us: "...I had to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. The layout was perfect. You've done such a nice job with it. All the details created a warm and comfy place to come back to after a long day...We even changed our plans for dinner each night so we could spend more time there."

We just recently rented this unit in February of 2011 and were very pleased with it. We really liked how close the condo was to everything, it was within walking distance ( about 2 blocks ) to the slopes. This condo was super clean, had cute decor and was very well stocked with extra paper products and kitchen essentials which was very convenient since we cooked breakfast there every morning. We all really enjoyed the gas fireplace, it made the condo very warm and cozy. The unit fit four of us comfortably, their was a big wrap around couch and the table seated six people. We also used the grill on the patio and made steaks one night which turn out good. The master bedroom also has its own balcony. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had been updated which was nice. We didn't have time to use the hot tubs but we went to check them them out and they were nice and clean along with the pool. Like everyone else said, the stairs/ladder to the loft which is in the master bedroom is very very steep and I would only put kids or teenagers up there, because it's a scary climb down. The only thing bad that I could say about this condo is that the towels were clean, but kind of old and that the flooring and kitchen needed a little updating. We would totally rent this unit again though. We had an awesome time staying here, skiing, and visiting Breckenridge. Also, the owner of this unit is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely be going back! Okay, one activity other than skiing that we LOVED was Dog Sledding at Good Times Adventures. It is so much fun, reasonable, and an experience of a lifetime! Also, we really liked the Hearthstone, they have great food!

This condo is a wonderful place to say for a family looking to explore Breckenridge. It is a short walk from down town’s main street and close to many of Breckenridge’s attractions. The condo was clean and very inviting; this home owner has provided you with many luxuries of home. In booking the condo, the home owner made the process stress free. She was great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo to other visitors of Breckenridge.

We had 3 couples staying at this mountain hideaway condo and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. The condo had everything we could possibly need and everyone was satisfied. It is a short 5 mintue walk to the ski slopes...so those that were tired or hungry could come back for some R and R quickly. It is fully stocked with every kitchen item you can think of too. The only thing that was interesting is that the loft is in one of the bedrooms. So, if you have 3 couple staying together, then 2 of the couples should be good friends...because you will be using the same bathroom/floorspace for the vacation. Also, the stairs to the loft are pretty narrow, so an older couple may find it hard to get up and down them often or quickly. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Breck. Great warm and toasty fireplace. Ski locker easy to use for everyone. Comfy couches and super beds! Also, great water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay in your very inviting condo. The kitchen was fully stocked even with a tea kettle. We had no problems cooking up some great meals. I think we used just about everything but the sleds. The condo is in a good location. After adjusting to the altitude, the short walk to the slopes and town was very convenient. Just a note, the stairs to the loft are fairly steep, so don't try sticking the old folks up there....or your ski buddy that tore her ACL knee ligament. : - )
