At the heart of the accommodation is the Great Room, incorporating an open plan style living and dining area. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has an adjacent utility room and there are four large bedrooms, three bathrooms and three showers. All rooms have ceiling fans. The Great Room is furnished to enable you to relax in attractive and comfortable surroundings and has a discrete dining area. The kitchen is equipped with every essential appliance and has an adjoining dining area overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. The adjacent utility area has facilities for you to do all your washing and ironing. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed with doors that open directly on to the patio deck and pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a corner bath, his and hers basins, walk in personal wardrobes and a WC. In bedroom two there is a double bed with adjacent en-suite, bedroom three and four have twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 2.

Area Description: Cumbrian Lakes is a popular established gated community, 10 minutes from Disney's 'Magic Kingdom' and other world famous holiday resort attractions. Situated close to the US 192 you will have easy access to a host of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions, whilst at the same time being able to retreat to the peace of Cumbrian Lakes. Access to the site is via a palm tree lined driveway leading to a security gated entrance.

Rental Amenities: At Orange Blossom House you will be able to relax and enjoy your holiday to the full and enjoy all the comforts of a modern and fully furnished air -conditioned home, with its own swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Activities and attractions: The open pool area overlooks one of the four local lakes, and a quarter mile jogging track incorporating a footbridge and fountain, is a feature alongside one of the other lakes. This setting forms an idyllic landscape particularly around sunrise and sunset. A well equipped children's play area, surrounded by silver sand and palm trees, is also a valued aspect of the development.

This villa has the most amazing view looking out over the lake,with the wildlife, and fountains and yet very quiet, in Cumbrian lakes which is a secure gated community. The villa itself was very clean and well presented, with every appliance you would need for your stay. there was plenty of towels and bed linen, all of which were of good quality. We have been to this area a few times now, so getting around was easy, but if you are new to Kissimmee, there was a list of restaurants and things to do in the information book which was helpful. We would recommend this villa, as we liked the cul-de-sac where it was situated, the view of the lake, and the spaciousness inside. Just one minor detail, a safe to store passports would be an advantage.

IT WAS A FANTASTIC LACE TO STAY FOR OUR HOLIDAY. IT WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. IT WAS CLOSE TO BOTH DISNEY AND UNIVERSAL AND ALSO WET'N'WILD. KIDS AND US ENJOYED THE GAMES ROOM IN THE GARAGE. JACUZZI WAS VERY RELAXING AFTER DAYS OUT. REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THIS GREAT VILLA AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AS WELL FRANK

Everything was great! The home was spotless and the owner was very helpfull.We have been renting vacation homes in the area for 10 years and this one is a winner in every way. Close to everthing yet quiet and relaxing.We will definetly be staying here again and would recommend this home for everyone. M.S. Michigan

HELLO WEVE JUST GOT BACK FROM FLORIDA AND HAVE TO SAY WE HAD THE TIME OF ARE LIVES ALL SEVEN OFF US THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESS ALL ROOMS WAS NICELY DECORATED AND OFF A GOOD SIZE POOL AND SPA GAMES ROOM VERY HANDY VERY NICE IT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO GET TO THE PARKS AND FAR ENOUGH AWAY FOR PEACE AND QUIET WOULD RECOMEND ANY ONE TO STOP HERE 5* PERFECT RICHARD

Very nice home in a good location. Had a great time!

Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
