Year Purchased: 2005
This picture was taken of us when the lake was frozen over in the winter and we were quading with the kids and dogs. Love it here in the winter. THe air is fresh and clean and the town is much quieter then summer.
Why the Owner Chose Invermere
We have owner in the valley for 15 years, and wnated a bigger place for entertaining friends. We also wanted to be in town where the restaurants are within walking distance. We love not having to drive anywhere.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You can walk to the bakery for coffee, go see a movie, the kids can get to and from the skatepark by themselves. We get the views of the lake and mountains, but the convenience of town.
