We have just purchased this 3 BEDROOM condo and everything is NEW inside. ALL the furniture is NEW, as well as all the beds and mattresses. All the linens, towels and fluffy pillows are all NEW. We bought everything new down to the dishes, pots pans and utensils. If you like NEW we have it.
THIS NEWLY purchased 3 bedroom condo is a TOP floor unit with an INCREDIBLE VIEW of the MAIN channel of the lake. It sits DIRECTLY on the WATER, at the 22 mile marker, one of the MOST POPULAR areas of the lake. The living room and master bedroom have a wall of GLASS looking out at the INCREDIBLE view. The deck is SCREENED-IN for your comfort while you BBQ on the gas grill, or just watch the boats go by. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning FIREPLACE to COZY up to on those chilly nights.

After spending a day on the lake shopping or doing other activities, spend your night relaxing in the comfort of your condo OVERLOOKING the moonlit lake.
There is a boat dock for your use for $15 per night.
