THIS NEWLY purchased 3 bedroom condo is a TOP floor unit with an INCREDIBLE VIEW of the MAIN channel of the lake. It sits DIRECTLY on the WATER, at the 22 mile marker, one of the MOST POPULAR areas of the lake. The living room and master bedroom have a wall of GLASS looking out at the INCREDIBLE view. The deck is SCREENED-IN for your comfort while you BBQ on the gas grill, or just watch the boats go by. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning FIREPLACE to COZY up to on those chilly nights.
The Master bedroom has a wall of glass so the first thing you see in the morning is the amazing VIEW of the lake. You also have an
adjoining Master Bath.
The 2 other bedrooms both have QUEEN beds for your comfort. And there is a jack & jill bath adjoining one of the other bedrooms.
The sofa in the living room also makes into a sleeper for those extra guests if needed.
For your boating needs there are several marinas close by. There are also several golf courses within ONE mile. And we are within 1 mile of TAN-TAR-A Resort with its new indoor water park. Lake of the Ozarks has some of the best restaurants and nightlife around. You will also be within a few miles of the 110 store Osage Village factory OUTLET MALL. After spending a day on the lake shopping or doing other activities, spend your night relaxing in the comfort of your condo OVERLOOKING the moonlit lake.
There is a boat dock for your use for $15 per night.

My family and I so enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully decorated and clean condo. We love Breakwater Bay and have found this condo to be among the top of the ones we have stayed at. We will definitely be back to stay at this fantastic place!!

Each year in July, we have a week end getaway.. and always have a great time We have rented many condos at Breakwater Bay. This is the most beautiful, relaxing, clean and the decor is lovely, and this is the best one yet. The view and the screened in deck was delightful, and having the fan on the deck made it possible to spend a lot of time watching the boats, Exactly like the pictures. The owner has been very helpful always answering my questions promptly. We will be back next year. I certainly will give this Condo a good recommendation.

We have stayed in this condo twice in our three visits to the Ozarks (the first and third). The second year we tried something else and we will not make that mistake again! We are all set to come down again this year and are bringing more family so we are getting this place and the owner's other place (VRBO#23909). The location is great, but the condo makes it even better. it is SO clean, everything works (TV's, fans, oven, etc) and it being on the top floor gives us a great view of the water.sunsets. Having been other places, I can highly recommend this condo/owner. We have no doubt that this June will be the same.

We went for a weekend getaway and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The view of the lake and the condo location was excellent. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The fireplace was cozy. Having a gas grill available was another added feature. We would like to return at another time with our children when the weather is warmer and we can be outside enjoying the pool and the lake. Also, Sharon was very timely with her responses to our e-mails and questions.

Beautifully decorated condo with special touches that make you feel very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you are putting together your own meals. A cozy fireplace and especially comfortable sofas. Quiet, lovely lake view outside front windows. Thank you so much, we had a great time. Loved the lake view and fireplace, the condo was very comfortable and beautiful. I loved the couch and love seat could have spent days there. My family spent 3 nights and it was a great weekend and we look forward to staying here again...
