About this property

* Our Haus Boris is a fantastically beautiful log cabin with great mountain views, on a height of about 900 m! The decor is MODERN and the WOOD OVEN completes the overall picture! Our garden is fenced so you and your dog can relax on the terrace and in the garden.

* YOUR DOG is welcome and you pay nothing extra (max 2 dogs)!

* Right on our doorstep, you can take wonderful short, one-day or multi-day hikes. Annaberg is located in the middle of the hiking area Dachstein-West and the Donnerkogelbahn (10 minutes walk from our house) takes you in only 8 minutes to 1800m altitude to the hiking plateau with many routes, pastures and huts.

* In winter, you glide directly from our holiday home to the piste and ski for 2 minutes to the valley station of the Donnerkogel cable car. This cabin lift takes you to the Dachstein-West ski area with approximately 150 kilometers of blue, red and black runs and many cozy cabins.

* We live upstairs and sleep in the basement.

ABOVE
- A LARGE OPEN ROOM WITH LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN WITH A DINING ROOM. Next to it is the entrance with cloakroom and a small bathroom. The small bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. From the living room you have access to a balcony (north) and the terrace (south).
-The living room is furnished with:
Sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, bean bag, small table, TV, DVD player, bookcase with Dutch, German and English books, as well as some children's books, DVD's, all sorts of games

KITCHEN
-The open kitchen is separated from the spacious dining area with large dining table and service cupboard by a cooking island with 3 bar stools. A high chair is also on site. Since we love to cook, we have equipped our kitchen as extensively as possible with u. a .: Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen scales, hand blender, all kitchen utensils and cutlery

BELOW
Down it is always cool, even in summer. We have 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 persons and a large bathroom with SAUNA.
- 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 mattresses of 200x70cm or 2 mattresses of 200x80cm) and have outward opening doors.
-1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (2 mattresses of 200x90cm).
-A cot with mattress (120x60cm) is on site.
-The large bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a bathtub, a shower, and towel dryer, sauna, washing machine and hair dryer.

OUTSIDE
- On the balcony, it is wonderfully cool in summer, while you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.
-The terrace has a dining table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
- From the terrace you have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW on Dachstein-West (Bischofsmütze).
-The garden is fenced and next to the front door is the ski locker.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful time with excellent acces to the ski slopes and a very comfortable stay in the house, which was clean, spacey and cosy. We were a bit unlucky with the weather so there was no snow at the house level, but luckily enough snow higher up the pistes. Great resort for beginners and intermediate skiers with good ski schools for children.

Perfektes Haus und Top-Lage

Das Haus Boris ist ideal für 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleinere Kinder, aber auch für 4 Erwachsene alleine. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach dem Ski-Fahren schön in die Sauna und dann gemütlich vor den Kamin-Ofen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und mit allem Komfort. Es gibt ausreichend zu lesen, spielen und für langweilige Abende auch DVDs. Die Bäder sind modern eingerichtet und das große Bad sehr großzügig. Im Winter ist man in 2 Minuten auf der Piste und bei genug Schnee kann man bis zum Haus fahren. Und wenn die Wäsche mal dreckig ist, kommt sie in die Waschmaschine und wird zum Trocknen aufgehangen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben mit unserem Hund hier wunderbare Ferien verbracht und uns super gut erholt. Dazu trägt zum Einen die Sauna im Haus bei, zu Anderen aber auch die Möglichkeit sich in allen Richtungen rund um's Haus der Sonne zu widmen und einen tollen Ausblick zu haben. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Wandertouren und Spaziergänge machen. Auch zur Gondelstation der Donnerkogelbahn sind es nur ca. 10-15min zu Fuß.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung, umfassende und ansprechende Einrichtung, gute Lage in kleiner Sackgasse, toller Blick auf den Dachstein West, einfache und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr gute, und schnelle Betreuung einschl. lokaler Urlaubstipps durch die Vermieterin Unser Fazit : einfach super und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Eine traumhafte Wanderwoche

Wir verbrachten im Juni wieder eine traumhafte Wanderwoche in Annaberg. Haus Boris ist perfekt eingerichtet, der Blick vom Balkon ist gigantisch und die Sauna entspannt müde "Wanderbeine" am Abend :-). Die Vermieterin ist klasse, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
