This is a lovely private home that is on the river in the heart of WV. It is in a quiet neighborhood 8 miles north of Clendenin on Rt 4 which makes it about 30 miles north of Charleston. It is 10 miles north of Interstate 79 exit. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 full and a futon in the living room area. There are 2 baths.
There is a nice kitchen with appliances,dishes, silverware, cookware, a microwave, coffee pet, full gas oven. In other words all you would need to prepare lovely meals. The house has been renovated and is neat and clean and attractively furnished. The house has decks that go directly from the back door to overlooking the river in three levels of decks.
There is a BBQ on middle deck and a table with chairs. People who visit say they love sitting on the bottom deck and fishing with good results. You cannot launch a boat there but you can at a public boat ramp about 2 miles to the north. The house is surrounded by an eight foot fence so as to maintain privacy.
There would be room to park a small boat in the driveway if you need to. Beautiful - it is quiet - it is peaceful. Is it calling your name? Country roads take me home is not just a song! The scenery is breathtaking from the tops of the mountains which are only 2 miles or so away. Almost Heaven--West Virginia.
