  We recently rented this Kissimmee Villa, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on returning again for years to come. The villa was very spacious for our young family of 6, and we loved the large kitchen with lots of counter space. The heated pool was lovely; especially with the weather being a little on the cooler side during our stay... we were able to spend hours in it just the same! We've been coming to this quiet neighbourhood for about 6 years and really love the proximity to the theme parks, restaurants, shopping, groceries and even a pick-your-own orange grove about 10 minutes away. There is a quiet park and playground within this neighbourhood where our children enjoy playing, and it's just a short walk away from the villa. We would highly recommend the villa to anyone, especially families with younger children like ours. Our 2-year-old twins didn't want to leave! (well honestly, none of us did!)

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This was our first family vacation and our first time renting a house to stay in, I was a little nervous at first, but Megan was wonderful in the rental process! She made everything easy. We stayed for a week in April, the house was perfect for us! There was so much room to move around in and the pool was great! We had a small problem, but in contacting the Management Company they were able to take care of it quickly. Can't wait to go back!!!

  We stayed in Megan's house for two weeks in December/January 2012. We had an awesome family vacation and our kids couldn't get enough of the pool.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Just returned home from a fabulous week at this villa. It was exactly as pictured, very easy commute to Disney & restaurants/shopping, comfortable, and furnished with all essentials. One small problem was dealt with very promptly by the management company. I wouldn't hestitate to take my family back here again.
