We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely condo so we could wrap our stay around around our daughter's weddding. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable -- would stay cool enough with all the heat outside. Hope you're having a great summer and thanks again!

Accommodation was of a very high standard, extremely comfortable & nicely decorated. Very clean and well stocked with most things we needed, however being English, we had to use the coffee machine to boil water for tea. Short walk to the beach, only crossing one road, beach well stocked with lifeguards. Found lots of turtles and did see the alligator a couple of times. Restaurants - loads of choice unfortunately had to drive to all. We found Shelter Cove harbour very nice, did get busy as very popular, the Italian restaurant was wonderful. Also the Longhorn restaurants very good for eating early. Took a boat to Savannah from Hilton Head Harbour, took just over the hour, then had 4 hours in Savannah enough time for a tour, a little shopping and lunch. We had great weather and enjoyed our week – thanks a lot.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

DIANNE: THE THREE OF US ENJOYED OUR STAY AT YOUR VILLA; MYSELF, MY WIFE[PAT], MY DAUGHTER, TRICIA, WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO HILTON HEAD FOR OVER TWENTY-FIVE YEARS NOW; SINCE MY FOUR GROWN CHILDREN WERE TEEN-AGERS; FIRST TIME AT PORT ROYAL; WAS NOT DISAPOINTED AT ALL, WE WERE PLEASED WITH OUR ACCOMADATIONS; IT SUITED US TO A "T", WE HAVE OWNED SEVEN HOMES IN OUR 52 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, AND I HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO CHOOSE THE HOME AND FURNISHINGS EACH TIME; YOUR HOME WAS WELL COLOR CO-ORDINATED AND FURNISHED; WE ALWAYS EAT AT ALEXANDERS RESTAURANT IN PALMETTO DUNES EACH TIME WE COME; EXCELLANT FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE; LOVE THEIR SEAFOOD PLATTERS; TRICIA LOVES THEIR CHOWDER; WE PUT THIS ON FACEBOOK AS WELL UNDER MY NAME AND TRICIA'S[CLARENCE PAUL PUCKETT AND TRICIA PUCKETT NORMAN] SHE DOES DOCTOR TRANSCRIPTS AND REALLY NEEDED A BREAK LIKE THIS; IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEHOW TEMPORARY STICKERS OR PASSES COULD BE ISSUED TO RENTERS OF PROPERTY WHILE THERE FOR PARKING AT THE PARK, AT BEACH OR A SHUTTLE; WE WORKED AROUND THIS BY PARKING AT END OF LOT AT RACQUET CLUB, AND ALSO DRIVING DOWN AND LETTING THEM OUT AND ME DRIVING BACK, AND WALKING BACK[I LOST ABOUT THREE POUNDS WHILE THERE] WHICH WAS GOOD, MY WIFE HAS COPD AND SHE CAN'T WALK TOO FAR AT A TIME; OTHER THAN THAT; IT WAS A GREAT TIME AT A GREAT PLACE, AND YOU HAVE BEEN GOOD TO WORK WITH; AND YOUR NEIGHBOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GRACIOUS; TELL HER I SAID SO.

Hi Diane, I wanted to take a minute and let you know that we had an absolutely perfect week in Hilton Head at your condo. Everything was wonderful, and thank you so very much for having the fan on the porch replaced. My husband Dick and I clocked many hours out there, thoroughly enjoying the breeze from the fan. Thank you also for the very comfortable mattress in the master bedroom -- I'm not sure if I've ever slept as well while on vacation. It was heavenly! We were fortunate to have great beach weather the entire time. Thursday at the beach was amazing. The ocean was just beautiful and clear, and reminded me a lot of the water in Florida. We stayed in for hours. Our son's family stayed in one of the Royal Dunes condos, and our two grandsons spent a few nights with us. All in all, we were blessed with a wonderful family vacation.

Diane, we are just finishing up our last day here. Had a great week and absolutely love your villa! Definitely supplies the right atmosphere for a family. My wife and I love the balconies and spent time there reading and having margaritas at night (put your blender to good use). The kids give the second bathroom, TV, internet access and counter stools a big "thumbs up". Great access to the pools and the beach. The villa is very well-equipped and provided everything we needed and more. We will do the last load to dishes and empty the trash before we leave, Thanks again for a great week!

Diane, We just returned from 208 and thoroughly enjoyed our accomodations. The villa was comfortable, clean, well-maintained and offered everything we needed for our week stay. The only thing we missed was a blow dryer-my hair needed the break anyway :-) Dottie at Port Royal Racquet Club was so nice and helpful. She arranged for my son to play tennis with another young man who was visiting. The master bed was so comfortable and the rockers on the "deck" were very relaxing as we overlooked the the guests playing tennis. We called it our "tree house". The fan ceiling fan didn't work outside, but that didn't stop us from enjoying being out there. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything one would need to do alot of cooking there. We rented bikes from Tiger Bike Rental and they were quick to deliver and offered at a discounted rate, just like you said. All in all it was a perfect get away. Being north in Port Royal was nice in that we didn't have to fight the traffic and crowds at restaurants. The beach was conveniently located- (5 minutes walk). Hello Diane, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is beautiful and roomy. I loved it! My parents own a condo at Sea Cloisters, my mom stopped by and thought it was beautifully decorated. They just renovated their place and your place gave them good ideas for use of color. Our family is growing so my husband and I felt it would be much more relaxing if we had out own place this time. Your place was the perfect location. The weather in Hilton Head was beautiful every day. Thanks again.

This is our last night in your villa...my husband and I have been here through March and I just wanted to write and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here at Hilton Head. Your villa is lovely -- decorated very pretty and you were right...it had everything here that we could need. (I brought too much with me!). It was very comfortable and my husband really got some use from your TV! I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen -- very compact and easy to move around in. The location is wonderful...so close to the beach, it's quiet, and we'll miss the tennis court view when we leave. Guess what...we are now tennis converts! We haven't played the game since a few times as teenagers, but since we had the free hour each day, we thought we'd give it a try. That was it...now we're hooked. What fun we had! I even booked a lesson with a pro (Pat). It's a very hard sport! One of our favorite activities was riding our rented bikes all around the beautiful paths and exploring the area. There couldn't be a prettier entrance than our Port Royal Road as we biked along side the azaleas in bloom. I wouldn't be surprised if we became Hilton Head Snowbirds next year. Thanks again for making our stay so welcoming with all your advice and help.

Hi Diane, just got back last night from 2 fantastic weeks in HH. Wanted to let you know that we absolutely LOVED your place. The screened in porch was our favorite place for early morning coffee and reading. It is so spacious and beautiful. Everything we needed and then some. The playground and the walk to the beach were wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to rent it from you -- we will certainly consider this next year as a way to extend our time in Paradise!

Diane, thanks for letting Jackie and I share in the use of your beautiful condo. We just arrived back in Indiana and it's way too cold here. Although we didn't see any record breaking heat in Hilton Head, that wasn't really the purpose of our visit. We were looking for real estate as both Jackie and I are retiring this year and we were looking for a place in the low country. It was a successful trip. Anyway, the time we spent at your condo was very enjoyable -- it is such a nice place to stay and very well cared for. We treated it as if it was our own. Thanks again for sharing it with us.
