Our dream vacation at Chateau La Mer

Chateau La Mer was exactly as described. The pictures display bright cherry rooms and they are! We had a wonderful time with the ocean a few steps away it was great to be able to walk to the beach for a day of relaxing in squeaky white sand and turquoise waters. Everything we needed to make a breakfast, lunch or dinner was at the ready for us. If we didn't feel like cooking there were more restaurants to pick from than we had time to try! Everything in Destin seems to be a stone's throw from us and we had many options to pick from on entertainment. My favorite was McGuires they make the best bread pudding ever! There were go carts for a night of fun and shopping in just about any store you can think of, my husband and I got to go fishing and he even went parasailing! I can't wait to get back there soon and from what I hear the prices are awesome right now so I guess I need to book soon! Maybe we will see you there!
