This home was completely renovated in the summer of 2006!!!!!! It includes a new movie theater with 14 seat stadium seating, in-ground swimming pool open form April 19 - October 24 with heat available for an additional $400, hot tub & 3 person infrared sauna.
The living room features a 51 inch big screen TV with a home theater surround sound package and five Berkline theater recliners. Or if you want the real movie experience, go downstairs to the "Sea" Theater and enjoy a movie with stadium seating with a 100 movie library to choose from. We guarantee the seats are so comfortable that you may not make it to your bed most nights after a movie. If a movie is not in your plans either upstairs or down, you can relax in the new swimming pool or six person hot tub with breathtaking views of the ocean.
The house features five king size rooms(three masters) and the master suite includes a jacuzzi tub and fireplace, one pyramid bedroom with twin on top and full on bottom plus a twin pull out and a bunk bedroom for the kids downstairs. All beds are new and comfortable with a real beachy motif.

The most frequently asked question are what the total fees are besides the base rate. While we are the Owners and are happy to give you personalized information that others can't, we do use a local North Carolina agent to handle our reservations. This is important to you because they are there to sign you in, give you yor keys and provide any maintenance service quickly and effectively if you have a problem. Many VRBO's try to do this themselves, but not as well.
Through them, we have also eliminated most of the extra fees generally associated with Outer Banks Vacation Rentals. These include:
NO Security Deposits - Savings of at least $200!(And up to $500 or more!)
NO Credit Card Fees - Savings of 2% or more off your total rental!
NO Advance Year Reservation Fees - Savings of at least $50!

The only added fees you will see is North Carolina tax which is 12% for everyone and a $90 reservation fee that includes cleaning, linens and towels.
A 50% deposit is required with your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
