Our beautiful luxury air conditioned new Orlando villa with its expensive interior decor is within 15 minutes of Disney World and is situated on one of the best developments in the prestigious area of Davenport, Orlando. UPDATE: Our unique villa now has solar heating panels on the roof which heat the pool and jacuzzi and so we can offer FREE Solar Pool Heating. Most other villas will charge you an additional $195 per week for electric pool heating.
The smoke-free villa is in an elevated location with distant views of Disney World and the surrounding areas and the garden is also South East facing which means the pool and Jacuzzi get the sun for most of the day. The Jacuzzi in the evening is a must after you have spent the day walking many miles around the Parks.
If you fancy five star luxury, the Villa is also located within two minutes from the magnificent Championship Gate resort where you can wine and dine in five star luxury. Champions Gate is also home to the Greg Norman designed Championship golf course and has everything for the whole family including a luxurious spa resort for the ladies and outdoor pools for the kids.
The Villa is fully air conditioned and was finished in 2005 by the number one builder in Florida Lennar Homes! It boasts a 7 metre solar heated Pool and spa and has a South East facing garden which is the optimal position for being in the sun all day. We also have a great management company with a freephone number in the villa should you need help any time during your stay.
