What a wonderful week we had at this condo! We were two short blocks to the beach, and right behind St Armand's Circle. The unit is directly behind Tommy Bahama's restaurant, and it was QUIET! We didn't hear any traffic at night and no party noise. The pool was beautiful and clean, the condo was gorgeous and comfortable. Working with the manager was a dream. If we come back to Lido next summer, we will rent this again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wir haben greade drei Wochen Urlaub in diesem schoenen Apartment mit unsren beiden Kindern verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal. Shopping, Restaurants und Eisdielen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und man ist innerhlab weniger Minute zu Fuss am herrlichen Sandstrand. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool der zu der Ferienanlage gehoert und das Apartment war sehr schoen und modern eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten und eine toll ausgestattete Kueche. Lage ist sehr gut. Apartment ist sehr unpraktisch möbliert. Besonders: Waschtische in beiden Badezimmer - "Designer"-Modell, jedoch praktisch absolut unbequem zu benutzen. Hier: siehe die kleine Fotos in der Anzeige - die wir leider übersehen haben. See-Gras-Teppichboden nur sehr schwer sauber zu halten. 4 Stuhle und 2 Sessel sehr unbequem zu sitzen. Horizontale Kunststoff-sonnen-blende im Schlafzimmer von Anfang an defekt, wurde auch während des sechswöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Betreuung von dem Vermieter - gar keine. Dieses Feriendomizil-Apartment würden wir unseren Freunden nicht weiterempfehlen. Sonst gesamt Anlage in Lido Key ist zu empfehlen.Owner response: Das Apartment ist entsprechend der Vorstellungen des Eigentuemers moebliert und ausgestattet. Wenn diese nicht den Vorstellungen des Mieters entsprechen, dann tut es uns sehr leid. Jeder Mieter hat aber die Gelegenheit uber unsere Webseite eine umpfangreiche Bildergallerie zu sehen. Was praktisch und unpraktisch, bequem und unbequem ist, ist eine individuelle Einschaetzung und wird sicher von jedem Nutzer unterschiedlich beurteilt. Die defekte Sonnenblende wurde inzwischen ersetzt, war aber eine Spezialanfertigung und die Fertigstellung dauerte einige Wochen. Bei Ankunft der Gaeste wurde darauf hingewiesen und wurde eindeutig nicht als Problem gesehen. Die Mieter wurden dreimal waehrend ihres Aufenthaltes persoehnlich in ihrem Mietobjekt besucht und betreut. Anrufe und Fragen wurden sofort und ohne Verzoegrung beantwortet. Abschliessend moechte ich erwaehnen, dass das Apartment eine hohe Auslastung hat und von vielen zufriedenen Mietern seit Jahren regelmaessig gebucht wird.
