This third floor, center unit overlooking the lake is only one level from the parking lot and two levels from the in ground sports pool, dock and lake.

The rent includes a 12 foot by 30 foot covered boat slip that is visible from the spacious private deck. Boat and jet ski rentals are conveniently located next door and a public boat ramp and convenience store are nearby.

Each of the three bedrooms contains a queen-size bed, and one also includes a set of bunk beds. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. All furniture is new.

Watch the sunrise each day from the deck that is accessible from th master bedroom as well as the living room. The deck has two ceiling fans and overlooks the sports with a great view of the cove and main channel.
