This spacious, very sunny, 55-square-metre flat is on the third floor in an elevator building. Forms part of a group of 3 apartments together in the same floor that can be rented for short stays. Ideal for big groups that dont find big apartments. The old building has been completely renewed and the apartment refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture. A nice, bright, spacious living room with two sofas and the most impressive panoramic views of Barcelona and a comfortable dining area with table and chairs. One bedroom with views over the port and lots of closet space.

Breakage or damage deposit: €200 as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

The Palau de la Musica Catalana from architect Domenech i Montaner and the Palau Guell from architect Antoni Gaudi. And with a Metro station nearly in front of the door that connects directly to other interesting sites like the Sagrada Familia Church from Gaudi, and with metro connections to other site like the Montjuic Mountain.
