TuscanyGold is situated on a wooded lot one mile outside of town and contains a special blend of unique decorations and luxury accommodations. The master bedroom features a silk canopy over the queen-size bed and two baths (stone/tile show and private Jacuzzi bath).
A second bedroom has been uniquely decorated with a child-like ambiance and features three single beds. A third bedroom and office are combined and features a futon, private bath, and computer/printer with high-speed Internet connection, working desk, and free long distance.
A separate entertainment room is equipped with the latest surround-sound theater, advanced audio electronics, super premium cable package, and gas fireplace.
Four deck areas surround the house with one platform providing a six-person hot tub. A large playground jungle-gym is part of the property and there are patio tables with chairs on every deck, a barbecue, washer/dryer, and three wood stove/fireplaces within.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful TuscanyGold home. It was perfect for a group of women friends for a weekend as there was lots of rooms for us to wander off to and enjoy. Every room in the house is comfortable! One morning we all ended up having our coffee in the entry room! Those who didn't care to watch TV in the entertainment room had the peace and quiet of the living room to either sit and chat or read. What was especially nice was the two gas fireplaces which not only took the chill off but were so relaxing to sit near and watch the fire. It was a shame the weather was so cold and wet otherwise I know we would of spent lots of time on the deck(s). We will probably plan another stay again next year, but later in the spring so we can have warmer weather. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful house and helping to make our girls weekend away such a great success!!

Our stay with peace: I feel calm and peaceful when I think of our visit at TuscanyGold. The comfort is well beyond any b&b, as well as the cleanliness. Every need is looked after. Every detail high quality. My husband is an interior designer and found the design elements "excellent, and exquisite". My girlfriends and I found true relaxation and rejuvenation. I hate to recommend it, lest the schedule fill or prices increase with the influx of patrons. Yet, how can you keep happiness to yourself. I tell everyone to enjoy the Gold.

Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and delightful visit to your TuscanyGold House. A group of friends came with me to celebrate Christmas in your home and it was perfect and exactly what we needed to gather together and enjoy the holiday together. The Christmas tree that you had arranged and decorated in the living room was lovely. The kitchen was a great focal point for cooking and gathering. When we were disapointed to discover that the DVD player had broken, Randall around on Christmas eve to deliver and install a new one that he had quickly purchased. The design of the home is wonderful for a group. There were many areas where we could all come together in addition to enough space for everyone to have privacy when they wished. The outdoor hot tub was a great, additional pleasure to use when we wished. I also appreciated having access to the computer and Internet as my husband happens to be overseas for his job and it was great to communicate with him via email thru the holiday period. Thank you again for being available when we needed you, for setting up such a wonderful home as a vacation rental and for all of the extra touches that truly made it a memorable and magical experience. I can't wait to come back again as soon as possible!

My family and I have been coming to Nevada city for years, usually staying in B&B's. Tuscany Gold added a new dimension to our visit this year, I can't say enough about it. The space is very charming, offering more privacy than a B&B. The kitchen is fully equipped to a higher standard. The hot tub in the woods is a perfect way to relax at the end of a day of hiking or shopping. There seems to be something for everyone in this accommodation, amazing TV/DVD/Video, free Internet access, claw foot tub, very imaginative children's room, wood and gas burning stoves, beautiful decks, play ground..! All within a mile of down town. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting away to Nevada City, family fun or romantic hide-a-way.

I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this is the best one I have ever experienced. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything inside is first class - the furniture, the appliances, the bedding, hot tub. There are so many decorations and special touches that I found myself wanting to take pictures of the bathroom and the bedrooms so I could remember the decorations and do the same thing for my house. It's nice that the house is big - there were lots of room for all of us (girl's annual gathering) and we could have parties and conversation in many rooms.
