We are located at mid-mountain in Deer Valley at a charming spot called Silver Lake. This is an area of shops, restaurants and ticket and lift lines are short here. We are a very short walk to this all (2 blocks) or if you do not like walking, you can ride the free shuttle that stops directly across from our parking garage. This free shuttle also takes you to the other ski resorts (Park City and the Canyons) or to Park City's historic main street where there are more restaurants and shops and a busy nightlife.
This town home, no one above you or below you, is one of five in a building that has one of the best views of the ski slopes and the valley that you will find. There is an open garage under the building that is street level and each unit has two unasigned, "first available" parking spaces. There is also parking outside on the upper level by the front door. The building is quiet and well insulated and this unit has been completely renovated.
There is 1750sq. ft. on two levels. The upper level has a tall open beamed ceiling with exposed beams. The kitchen and living room form a great room that look through a wall of windows over your own private deck toward the ski slopes with unobstructed views. The living room has a rock fireplace with a large raised hearth. The fireplace burns wood (which we provide) and has a gas fire starter system. The decorations are authentic Old West, unique and antique. The kitchen is well equipped and accented with granite countertops. One of the bedrooms is on this level. It has a queen bed and a private full bathroom.
The lower level has two more bedrooms and a laundry center. One bedroom has a Queen bed and bunkbeds with a full bath and single jetted tub. The other bedroom is the Master with a King bed and a full bath with single jetted tub. The Master Bedroom Deck is new has a new hot tub that is private to this unit. We have the best location for privacy, access to the ski slopes and view. When we are there, we do not want to leave (except to ski).

Our experience was sensational. Everything you could ever need was there. The location and views are fantastic. It was a perfect place for our family with 3 kids (age 14, 12 and 8). We will happily return the next time we visit Deer Valley. The owner was incredibly organized with explanations for every aspect of the home (such as using the fireplace, connecting to Wi-Fi, etc). We loved it. Thanks again to David for sharing his home with us. We give it the highest possible recommendation!

The moment we arrived, my kids were amazed. They kept thanking me for booking the condo! Everything about it -- the view, the private jacuzzi overlooking the slopes, the VERY comfortable beds (the linens are top quality -- key for us), the movie selection (ones that are not yet out on DVD -- owner is in the BIZ, we think), the stocked kitchen, hair dryers, toiletries, ease of parking (choice of garage under or space above the condo). It was beyond our expectations! We walked back and forth to Silver Lake several times a day (all three little kids) without any trouble. Literally, a 4 or 5 minute walk to the slope and the shops at Silver Lake. We spent a fair amount of time there eating fondue, sledding or just skiing straight from there since we were able to get to ski school from the Silver Lake area. I highly recommend this condo for a family with kids. Ours were 5, 7 and 13. While we were there, we even emailed the owner (David) to tell him we want to return. The owner is easy to get in touch with and extremely easy to deal with. His instructions for the condo were perfect. We fell in love with Deer Valley, Park City and this wonderful home away from home!

On our 3rd visit to Deer Valley, we were fortunate to find this treasure located at the Enclave. Excellent and modern condo with adequate room and comfort of home for our family. Every aspect of the condo was perfectly described and delivered as promised. Easy 3 minute walk to shops, lift and restaurants at Silver Lake, This will be our 1st choice for all future trips to Deer Valley. Thanks to David for a great experience.

We have skied DV many times, this was our first stay at Silver Lake and we loved it. We never considered Snow Park crowded in the morning but compared to Silver Lake it's a madhouse. The condo is nice too, plenty of space, a nice TV, stereo and wi-fi. We also loved the coded door lock, no fumbling with keys. The walk to the the slopes was a nice warmup. We had great snow too. thanks.

We have been coming to Deer Valley for the past six years. We have stayed at 29 Enclave for the past two years and hope to return to it next year. The location is mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village and is ideal. The unit is spacious and has spectacular views from the hot tub on the deck. We are very comfortable here and would strongly recommend renting this unit.

David, I just wanted to say how much my family and I enjoyed staying at you property in Deer Valley. It was even better than we expected. It is well decorated, well furnished, spacious and so convenient. Its location is awsome as it is located in Silver Lake which is at mid mountain in Deer Valley. Spectacular, unobstructed mountain views from the condo. It is only a short walk to the lifts and with Deer Valley the skis are at the mountain waiting for you close to the lifts so you don't have to carry them. We plan to come again in the winter.
