In a unique downtown beachside location, 10 minute walk along the seafront to the Old Port of Cannes, the Festival Hall, restaurants, nightlife and shopping along la Croisette and rue d'Antibes - elegantly decorated and furnished in Provençal style, the Cannes vacation rental is on two levels (garage parking, laundry and wine cellar are in the basement). The flooring is white travertine marble throughout and there is an internal walled garden with a terrace floodlit at night under a giant umbrella palm. The entrance hall, the living room, the dining room, the study, the kitchen and the guest toilet are on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor of this French Riviera holiday home: a master bedroom with its own large balcony; it is furnished with a queen-size bed, adjoins an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. There are two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. This Cannes vacation villa sleeps six in comfort and style.

Unusually close to the centre of town for a villa in Cannes, this Côte d'Azur property is just 50 meters from the beach, yet situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood directly opposite the Collège International de Français which teaches French to foreign students all year round in the beautifully restored 19th Century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria. The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block down to the sea.

The Boulevard du Midi runs right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home. It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long - a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts on the Bay of la Napoule running before the wind with multi-coloured spinnakers ballooning in the breeze, or to jog for miles along the beach. Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the boulevard all the way to the Old Port, the Festival Hall and la Croisette. After a day in the hot French Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a glass of cold rosé wine in the garden under the shade of an umbrella palm.

"The Côte d'Azur belongs to all those who dream of it". It is beaches, luxury hotels and sun-drenched towns. It loves nightlife, cinema, glitter and roulette, being under in the limelight, while protecting its natural environment. It also elegantly dons the latest creations from haute couture while jogging in a white sweat suit at dawn. It revels in the maze of streets of its perched villages, hikes on mountain peaks flirting with the sky… "canyoneers" in white water. It can be theatrical, adores opera and putting on a show… before strolling, holding a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers, in the aisles of a colourful market. The French Riviera… is as you like it: eternal.
