House Warm and breezy in Privileged Location Quiet Street, has 3 suites (bedroom with banherio) and another bathroom near the room. the house is quite large with plenty of space inside and outside the home, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans, security system (alarm). pool, sauna, showers, bathrooms in the pool area, barbecue area with sink and frigobá. Hot water system boile solar-heating. The room has air conditioning, TV LED 40 (SKY), DVD, internet werylles, sofa, table with 8 seats, a fully furnished kitchen with pantry, refrigerator, stove 6 burner stove, coffee maker, desk, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, pots, dishes, set of cutlery, glasses, blender, etc.. We stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2013. We would like to share our very positive experience with everyone. The owners were very responsive to our needs and took extra efforts to accommodate our requests. The house was very clean and well maintained. The washing machine failed prior to our arrival and the owners had a new one installed by the next day. They take a lot of pride in their home and they also live nearby. So, any time we needed anything, they were only a phone call away. The house felt very safe and had an alarm system as well. The pool is nice and has a BBQ area in addition to an outdoor shower and sauna. Everything in the house was functional and in good working order. We had no complaints and would come back to this house on our next trip to Buzios. Geriba beach is only a short walk away and only takes a short 5 minute walk. It is a short cab ride into the city center (Rua das Pedras) which costs about 20 Reals. The neighborhood is quiet and located close enough to the nightlife without being too close. There is a comfortable bus line that took us from Buzios center to the Galeao airport.
