Our Place at the Beach is a gorgeous Oceanfront duplex that has been renovated.The Main House sleeps 14 with 4bd/3ba plus 1 jacuzzi room. There is a king, 2 queens, and 1 full bedroom. There are 3 futons, and in the great room upstairs there is a full murphy bed and a queen sofa bed. There is a large well equipped kitchen and a laundry room There are 3 decks which are ocean front.

The Sunrise sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths 2 of which have jacuzzies. there are 3 queen, 1 full and 1 set of twins plus a sitting room with a futon and the great room has a king murphy and a futon. There is a large kitchen and dining room and a laundry room. The Sunrise has 3 decks which have a great ocean view. The house has linens supplied and all dishes, pots/pans,etc. We are sorry to report that the Tiki Hut was a victim of Hurricane Frances.

We are two miles from Fernandina Beach's Center Street which is reminiscent of Key West with many tourist shops. We are on the north end of Amelia Island so it is not a busy beach. There are great seafood restaurants and lots of fast food places in the area as well as a couple of five star restaurants.

Families have a geat time here. It is a beautiful place for weddings, anniversary celebrations, and birthday gatherings as well as accommodations for family reunions (catering available).

We do private golf tournaments with banquet and trophies for individuals who wish to bring a golf group with them.

We have licensed massage therapist on call for very reasonable rate.
