This Tennis villa was professionally renovated and decorated and is right in the middle of Fripp Island with a hop, skip and jump to the beach, pools, two (2) professional golf courses, tennis and shops.

This one bedroom villa is beautifully decorated with soft hues of the beach, there is a queen size bed upstairs with a new fully renovated bathroom with a loft view below. On the main floor, there is a queen size sleeper sofa, the panoramic view of the marsh is relaxing and the sunsets are amazing. A fully loaded and updated kitchen with ceramic tile on floors and walls. There is a hidden washer/dryer in the kitchen.

Fripp Island is a beautiful gated community with a wonderful three and a half miles of white sandy beach, with many activities to keep you busy or just relaxing with your friends or family. If it's fun in the sun you are looking for then Fripp Island is for you!
