Elegant Wild Dunes Home Steps to the Beach - Wild Dunes Rental Four bedroom, three and a half bath, Shad Row Home - Sleeps 9-11 Come and stay in this elegant Wild Dunes home. Located on Shad Row, this home has all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer but has access outside of the gate. This house features its own private pool with plenty of parking. The beach is only steps away down the beach access right in front of the house. The interior is furnished with modern furniture and pristine fixtures. Hardwood floors run throughout the first floor main areas. A new Ping Pong table has been added in the basement. There are two living areas on the first floor of this home. One den has a sitting area, a fireplace, and a stereo/CD player, while the other has a sleeper sofa with a TV/DVD/VCR for your entertainment. There is a half bath in the hallway. There is a formal dining room that has ample seating for eight beside the kitchen. The kitchen is very open with a breakfast table for six. The breakfast bar also has three stools. The kitchen has every appliance needed for all of your cooking needs. It comes furnished with a blender, toaster, and coffee maker also. The Master bedroom has a King-sized (K) bed and a child’s bed. The Master comes complete with a TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, and phone. The Master bathroom has an extra large Jacuzzi jetted tub, a shower, dual vanities, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet room. The second floor of this home has an open area at the top of the stairs with a TV, couch, and chair. All three bedrooms adjoin to this living area. Bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed (K) as well with a TV/DVD, phone, alarm clock and ceiling fan. It also has its own full bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen-sized bed (Q). It also has a ceiling fan, alarm clock, and a TV/DVD. It shares a full bathroom with bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 has a double (D) and a twin bed (T). It is great for children and has a ceiling fan as well. This home also has a screened in porch with a table for six, and an outside deck as well. There is a private pool in the backyard for cooling off and plenty of parking for up to 8 cars. There is a garage for parking at least three cars and an outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. This home also comes with Wild Dunes sports cards, which allows you to use all of Wild Dunes amenities from the fitness center to the tennis courts.
