Enjoy a full ocean view right from the living room window! To improve our visitors' vacation experience, we've recently completed an extensive renovation. The 2008 remodel included hardwood floors and paint throught the condo as well as new furnishings and decorations. You'll also enjoy the new big-screen TV with Directv in the living room. New window coverings were also added to enhance the view! This two-bedroom, two-bath, luxury, penthouse condominium looks out over the boardwalk into the waves... keeping you standing at the window, mesmerized for hours! Should you decide to sit down and gaze, we have furnished the living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs to maximize the views.
The kitchen is beautifully appointed with maple cabinetry and granite countertops that allow you to prepare a meal looking at the waves. It is complete with everything you need... even a stackable washer/dryer!
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and separate bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bed, sleeping 3 people comfortably.
This condominium shows pride of ownership. In addition to a captivating ocean view, you will find so much to do, all within walking distance or a short bike ride. Be sure to visit Belmont Park just south on the boardwalk for a ride on the landmark roller coaster "The Big Dipper" which twists and turns not far from the water's edge. The park also has other rides, shops, food, and an Olympic indoor swimming pool with posted public swimming times. Also within walking distance are several restaurants and bars, with the Gaslamp District and La Jolla only a short drive away. A major supermarket is only a couple blocks away, as are several beach boutique shops.
If you are visiting during whale-watching season, you may not have to leave the living room to spot one of these magnificent creatures! At the least, you will see dolphins, birds diving for food, sailboats cruising by, surfers, and other water activities.
One of San Diego's most famous attractions, Sea World, is on Mission Bay. The World Famous San Diego Zoo, The Wild Animal Park, Petco Park and LegoLand are within a short drive. Disneyland is less than two hours north. However, you may find that you don't want to leave the beach! With a wide array of things to do, many people choose Mission Beach as their vacation destination. We hope you will too!
