I have been staying here for the past 5 out of 6 years. I have not found any other place like it. There is plenty of room for plenty of people no matter the age. It is perfectly located in the middle of A-Basin, Breck, Copper, Keystone, Loveland, Winter Park and just a quick drive from Vail. I plan on having many more stays here in the future.

My family had a great stay at this condo. It was very comfortable and quiet and had beautiful views of the mountains. There were a few issues when we first arrived, and the owner addressed them immediately. If more than 4-6 people are going to stay at the condo, I would recommend bringing some washcloths. There are LOTS of towels, but only about 4-6 washcloths. The condo does have a crockpot which was VERY helpful and a coffee maker and grinder. There isn't a tea kettle, but you can use the microwave or the coffee pot to heat water. Plenty dishes and a great stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. The fireplace works beautifully and is very warm and inviting. The condo was well-maintained and the listing was accurate except there are two pillow-top aero-mattresses and they are both queen. I couldn't find bedding for them and there weren't a ton of extra blankets. There are many things to do in the area: skiing, tubing (my mom, sister, daughter and I went tubing at Copper Mountain and it was a BLAST), outlet shopping, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross country skiing, fly fishing, hiking etc. There are good restaurants around (I would highly recommend Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe in Frisco for breakfast or lunch) and the Ice Castle exhibit in Silverthorne was amazing. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Everyone who stayed there (we had 8 people one night) loved it.

Condo was fully stocked with games, Xbox, etc that made the kids stay fabulous. Good kitchen, lots of bath space. Great views of the mountains! Owner communication great, clear and easy unit to get in and out of without management involvement - especially nice for early or late arrivals. Cleanliness adequate but not spotless.

We are always surprised by condos in this area. They are always clean and well maintained for a much better value compared to condos by a resort. This condo in particular had the best appliances yet with a high end refrigerator and gas range with dual drawers and an electric cook top. Every room had a modern LCD TV hung on the wall as to not take up any space. The bunk bed room even had an XBOX 360 with a very recent set of games for those who wish to stay up playing instead of sleeping. The description mentions a single Full-sized Aerobed when in fact there are two. It was much easier to find than I expect as the condo signs are well lit and visible in the night or day. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I would only caution the altitude sensitive person such as myself. This condo sits at approximately 9700 feet in elevation which is enough to cause some major headaches if you're not well prepared. I do however have a few suggestions for the condo owner to hopefully improve future stays. 1) We looked everywhere and could not find additional trash bags. We ended up using small grocery bags towards the middle of our 3 night stay. 2) The thermostat did not appear to work properly all the time. One of our guests had to disconnected and reconnected it before any heat was generated. We stayed around the fireplace most days so this wasn't a big deal. Perhaps this was a one-time occurrence. Hopefully this feedback is helpful to both future guests and condo owners and will look forward to staying here again in the future.

You have a beautiful place with an awesome view. We had a great time skiing, shopping & hanging out. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place! Follow up from Kirsten Faessler - Just arrived back to Nebraska this evening. . . and we're already missing the beautiful scenery, house and relaxing time we had. First of all, we were most impressed that you took the time to drive from your house just to reimburse us for the one night. Sorry for all of the phone calls that late Thursday night. I think we were all scared it just wasn't going to work out. But that was definitely proven wrong. . . the remainder of our trip was absolutely spectacular! We loved the house, it was perfect. . . the skiing was fabulous and the weather was beautiful! I just wanted you to know that despite the first night of our trip, and it really wasn't that bad anyway, we had a great time. Thank you so much and I hope that we can return again to your 'little paradise in the mountains"!

Truly a home away from home. The property is located at the top of the road and the view out of the big window was an unexpected bonus, snow-covered mountains and the lake – absolutely stunning. Being at the top of the hill, four-wheel drive was very handy with the snow and all. Tip for the visitors: make sure you get clubhouse “code” before heading out to the clubhouse and even more importantly investigate beforehand if the code actually works; because standing in swimwear in 15 degree air, after a full day of snowboarding, earning for a hot-tub pain-relief, while punching a not working code in to the metal keypad for the 100s time, is not fun. Neither is getting not working code from the property management 2 times in a row, finally figuring out what the code is, just to be kicked out promptly by the maintenance. Luckily the hot-tub issue was resolved the first night and has not reoccurred ever again, the rest of the stay was very smooth. The access to I-70 is quick and simple making this a good location for snow sport addicts, getting to the mountains is fast. We enjoyed our stay.

Our first trip to Colorado - will be the first of many! We loved the location - able to do day trips to Breckenridge, Vail, Leadville, Keystone and Copper Mountain. We loved escaping the heat & humidity of Tennessee! Thank you for lettingus use your wonderful condo.

Four frinds traveled here from Champaign Looking forward to altitude gain They skied and they partied Ate, drank and laughed hearty and swore that they'd come back again! Summit County is a frequent destination! Rarely have we stayed in a place as nice--spectacular views, comfortable, home-like accomodations. We'll be back!

Condo was excellent. We had two families, both with two kids. the accopmodations with two of the rooms having big beds worked great. Our kids are younger(oldest is 8) so the third bedroom was also a good kid room with sleeping bags. We all commented at departure time that it was a place we would use again if possible!

We’ve had a wonderful stay here at Gore Trail. Waking up to a panoramic views after a great nights sleep, watching the wildlife at close range, and enjoying all the comforts of the place after a thrilling but oh so exhausting day on the slopes. We’ll be back!

Wow! We've put a ton of effort into getting our mountain retreat into the most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable place we can think of and we're finally there! Each weekend we spend here is like a mini vacation for us and we know as others now have the opportunity to spend time here, they too will find they leave refreshed and relaxed after spending even just a couple nights or a week. We love it and we know you will too! Welcome to our Retreat!
