Fiquei hospedado no imóvel com minha esposa e minha mãe na férias de janeiro e foi tudo muito bom, o imóvel é simples mas bem aconchegante, principalmente porque estávamos de 3, e caberia confortavelmente 7 pessoas, pra quem não faz questão de luxo e sofisticação pode ir tranquilo. Ainda tem a piscina e a sauna que são bem bacanas. Fica numa boa localização, sendo que pra qualquer lado que se vá se chega em alguma praia, com supermercado, restaurantes e muita coisa perto, recomendo o carro pois Arraial tem várias praias, que são perto do imóvel, mas pra ir a pé fica difícil, e também existe a possibilidade de ir á Cabo Frio, que fica a +- 10km, tanto de dia quanto a noite. E o Sr. Eraldo, o caseiro do condomínio, sempre muito atencioso, e o Sr. Alberto, o responsável pelo imóvel muito bacana também. Voltarei e indicarei com certeza.
