  • 3/7/2009-20/7/2009 What a great villa! Everything you need is present. Clean and high standard. Nice view over the lake and a lot of privacy. The communication with the owners works great and relaxed (also due too the provided labtop). Garden and pool is done every week. Rotonda is a great place to stay; quiet, good restaurants, beaches nearby and even Tampa/Orlando for the thrills are not so far. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting visiting the Rotonda area.

  • We've just returned home from spending 3 glorious weeks in this villa. It was the best holiday we've ever had! The villa is set up so that even though there were two families in the house we still had our own private space. The Hydes have furnished and equipped the villa with everything you could possibly want, right down the the necessities for our 9 month old granddaughter. We loved the pool and spa and spent many hours on the lanai watching the birds and wildlife and enjoying the Rotonda area. Thank you Marilyn and Dave, we can't wait until our next trip...

  • It is the end of the year and we look back on 2005 and without question this year’s highlight has to be our holiday in Florida. This villa was just perfect for our family; it is well equipped and very tastefully decorated with a very homely feel to it.     Dear Marilyn and Dave, Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your Rotonda villa. It certainly is a beautiful home with every amenity. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Your new bed in the master 1 bedroom is a delight to sleep on. We even caught several fish, cooking them on the bbq.   • We have just returned from out trip to this beautiful villa. It is a perfect place to stay for all age groups (we were age 3 up to age 70!). The house is well designed with lovely decor and furnishings,great pool and fantastic view over the water. The spas are wonderful after a hard day on the nearby beach! A great deal of thought has been put into meeting the guests needs and has resulted in a great holiday home. There is plenty to do in the nearby area with lovely beaches, restaurants, water activities, shopping and more. We would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return next year.

  • Myself, and 2 of my friends spent some time in this villa in February of 2004, when we had our annual "chick trip." It was lovely. Quiet, roomy and equipped with everything. You could swim in the pool in your birthday suit, (not that we did, of course!) and no one would know the difference. I highly recommend this villa and area. I hope it wasn't damaged much by the hurricanes in the fall .
