Unit is located on East end of 6th floor and offers spectacular Gulf views from 2 balconies with new patio furniture and chaise lounge. Walk out the door and you are on the beach at Perdido Key, Florida. A beautiful pool, lap pool and hot tub are ready for a fresh water dip or just laying out soaking up the rays. There is a great BBQ area near the hot tub for grilling.

If you like to cook a great meal or just enjoy some steamed shrimp from the local seafood market, the kitchen has it all. There are even two separate eating areas with great views of the Gulf. This condo has been professionally decorated with Italian tile, custom bedding and designer rugs. All bedrooms have TVs and DVDs, and DVD rentals are free at the onsite management desk. Summer weekly rentals include FREE beach service with two chairs and umbrella.
Perdido Key is a laid back white sand beach with great Gulf water. It is bounded on one end by the National Seashore and on the other by a State Park. It is the first beach in Florida and is a great place to "go to the beach." If you are looking for fine dining, nightlife, and lots of activities, then this is probably not the beach for you. But that is the reason that families come back year after year.
Palacio is an upscale complex with a great family reputation - very luxurious without being too stuffy. This 3 bedroom unit is perfect for families with kids and their friends or just two couples that want to each have their own master suite. Once you spend a week here, you will want to join with the many families that have already established a tradition of returning each year.

What a great week ! Your condo is beautiful and we made ourselves right at home. The kids enjoyed having a TV in their room (doesn't happen at home !) We enjoyed watching the dolphins the first couple of days we were there, then the winds picked up and they didn't come around anymore. The beach was wonderful and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a relaxing week. p.s. the drive from Texas isn't bad either.

We had an absolutely wonderful time this past week ! Your condo is just beautiful and we loved how you decorated. The weather was great. We did lots of swimming and walking the beach. We couldn't believe how many sand dollars we found ! We saw the Blue Angels practice, went to the USS Alabama, took the kids to Alligator Alley and did some shopping. Our favorite restaurants were The Original Point, Cosmos, Louisiana Lagniappe, Crab Trap and Lulu's. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Palacio 601 is the best ! When we walked in it exceeded out expectations. If I had a condo of my own I would want it to be exactly like yours. It is beautifully decorated and so well furnished. We didn't want to leave. p.s. my daughter enjoyed celebrating her 5th birthday in Perdido Key !
