YELLOW SUBMARINE is a fun blast from the past with a 1920's/1930's Art Deco theme reminiscent of that Golden Era -"Retro Miami Beach". The colors are bright and cheery everywhere you look. Special touches from period lamps to the Art Deco furnishings bring you back to the Golden era of American Architecture. The best part is the direct beachside view of the Gulf. Facing directly west on the balcony you can see the lights of Okaloosa Island or gaze at Dolphins swimming along the shore.

The floating lazy river is truly unique to Destin West Beach & Bay Resort.There is a zero entry pool that leads to the river, where even the smallest of children can play. Surrounding the lazy river are 2 large spas placed amid the tropical palms, as well as a waterfall pool (heated in the winter). On the Gulf side where your condo is located, you overlook the largest pool on the Florida panhandle(5000 sq. ft.).
And, if all of this is not enough, the kids also have a splash park to entertain themselves, and we haven't even gotten to the beach yet. Once you arrive at the beach, you will find the friendly attendants ready to seat you in your complimentary beach chair.

Our favorite is the 4 miles of unspoiled beach next to Destin West on the national seashore. We can walk for hours without seeing another soul. Complete solitude and peace.
