Our quiet unit Wailea Ekolu #705, two bedroom, two bath ground level 1316 square foot Condo in Wailea, comes with a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen, living room, main lanai and master bedroom and is just steps from a gorgeous pool. The Wailea Ekolu Village is 17.6 acres of beautiful landscaping and is immediately adjacent to the Wailea Blue Golf Course.
The best beaches in Wailea and Kihei are less than five minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. Enjoy Wailea's four championship golf courses, tennis club, luxury spas, or spend time at the fabulous Shops at Wailea. Don't forget to try all four of the restaurants - they're all great! There are beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys for children.
Inside the Condo you'll enjoy all the comforts of home, a nice 40" HDTV with HD programming, along with air conditioning in each bedroom and living room (rarely used with the wonderful breezes), a fully equipped kitchen with tile countertops and premium appliances, high-speed DSL internet access, beautifully decorated living room with reclining lounge chairs, HDTV/DVD. Both bedrooms have private baths and each has it's own lanai.
The weather in Wailea is the best on Maui - sunny days and protected from most of the wind. Why the Owner Chose Wailea Ekolu
We really like the location of our condo as it is close to some very nice top beaches; Kamaole Beach Park, Keawakapu Beach Park, Mokapu Beach, Ulua Beach, Wailea Beach, Polo beach,Makena Beach and a natural Area Reserve Ahihi-Kinau that are all just minutes away by car fro our condo. There is great snorkeling and swimming.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
During whale season you can see them from our Lanai spouting water and rising. Our ocean view is fantastic! We can see Molokini from our Lanai and watch the boats heading out to the crater. We have a wonderful walking trail that goes from our condo to the "Wailea Shops" and from there you can use the walking path along the front of the hotels along the beaches.

We purchased our Wailea Ekolu #705 because of the great way the complex is laid out with beautiful landscaping, fantastic climate (lots of sun)and quiet area. There are 148 properties that are stepped down to the ocean with great ocean views.

Dear Terry & Linda, Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. The view is so amazing—early morning, afternoon and evening. Our kids loved being so close to the pool and they thank you for providing the body boards! We spent many mornings on the Ulua Beach and Wailea beaches using the boards and building sand castles. We look forward to returning to your beautiful condo very soon. Next time we will just need to stay longer

Lovely and well appointed unit with fabulous view of ocean. Great weather every day for golf, beach, etc. “Just missed the torrential rain the week before our arrival”. Took the ferry for a day trip over to Lanai – very quaint and laid back great shuttle bus with several stops for $10. Mahalo Terry & Linda for sharing your beautiful home with us.

You have a beautiful place with quite an incredible view! We appreciated the instructions and guidance about stores, places to visit and all of the things you had in the house for families to use. It was like our own ‘get away’ with the perfect mix of privacy and convenience, especially to the pool! You might want to add in Foodland as it turned out to be the best place for fresh fish and it was reasonably priced unlike Safeway. Thanks!
