Wir waren eine Woche im Februar 2012 zu Gast. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit dem Kontakt vor der Buchung, als auch mit dem Haus an sich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.... Klitzekleine Anmerkung- ein bisschen besser hätte man vorher sauber machen können. Das Spielzimmer (Poolbillard) war für unsere Jungs der Knaller ( 7 und 9 Jahre) Konsolen haben wir nicht genutzt- da dafür überhaupt keine Zeit blieb! Themenparks, Themenparks Themenparks, Einkaufen, gucken, Billard und Pool und schon ist der Tag, bzw dann leider auch der Urlaub rum. Der Pool war toll, ich kann die Poolheizung nur empfehlen... nach einem langen Tag unterwegs kommt man mit müden Kinder heim, schnell noch ein warmes Bad im Pool... die Mäuse schlafen danach noch mal besser ;-)

The house was wonderful, Terry was great (he gave us the best advice for celebrating the 4th of July, an experience we will never forget!!!), we loved chilling in the pool after a hot day in the parks, playing pool or just relaxing inside the house.It really has everything you could need or want I would highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again.Great house, great location!!!! Thank you for giving us a great home away from home

I would encourage everyone to rent a home instead of a limited space hotel room. This was definitely, home away from home. The home is just as the pictures describes, even better in person.The neighbors are friendly,the atmosphere is very peaceful-grocery store, drug store,gas station is right up the street. Jonathon is a very nice person, always was prompt via email. This was my first-time going to Florida, I didn't know what to expect, but after speaking with Jonathon and the property manager I was convinced that everything would be fine. I will definitely stay at the Villa again!

the villa is located in a lovely quiet street, a supermarket is only up the road and it's just off the I4 which takes you directly to all the attractions. Pool area is lovely and the villa is spacious there was 8 adults and 2 children in our party and there was plenty of room for us all.

Lovely Holiday Villa

May 2011 We have just returned from a great stay at this lovely villa. It is exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is fab, all day sunshine and plenty of seating. Location is perfect, less than 5 mins to the I4 so easy access to all the theme parks, restaurants and outlet malls. Publix supermarket is in walking distance. Booking process was very easy. Also Jonathan and Caroline even arranged for a brand new ceiling fan to be fitted in the bedroom when we only mentioned to the on site property manager that we had found it warm on our first night which was a service far beyond our expectations (I'm sure it was just because we aren't used to temperatures much above freezing being from Scotland!). It was much appreciated. The new large screen tv with cable was also great. Would definitely book again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Just returned from a great holiday and would like to thoroughly recommend the Villa available at Old Lake Wilson Preserve. The Villa is very spacious, clean and with very modern facilities including a great pool. It is in a quiet area but close to all the main facilities. An excellent location for a Florida holiday and for the birders - Cape May Warbler and Northern Parula seen in the woodland to the rear of the property!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I spent one week in the villa together with my wife and two children at the end of February. The property is new, modern and clean. Everything - including equipment - exactly as described. Also all photographs give the true picture of the place, which is not always the case :). The location is quiet and after busy days in the theme parks you can really have the rest there. The nice swimming pool is a big advantage. The property is located close to the all important attractions of Central Florida. The owners are very professional and renting the villa was quick and unproblematic. The property manager at the side was very helpful and informative.

Great base location for Orlando

Just returned from a great holiday Orlando. What made the trip so great was staying in this beautiful holiday home It was exactly as described and made a superb base for all the activities. It really is a beautiful, comfortable, secure home in a great location with all the amenities one could desire. The only problem is that our stay was too short and we both wish we were still there. But I know when we return to Orland this will only be the one place for us to stay. I would totally recommend this villa to my family and friends . Of course a big thank you to the owners who were very, very helpful and courteous at all times during the course of the booking and indeed the property manager who was very always on hand during our stay. A wonderful place to call home while staying in Orlando

My wife and I are regular renters in Florida and this villa has it all. It is clean, well equiped and in a very nice and quiet area. Our favorite Publix supermarket is on walking distance.The assitance from Terry (who is on-site) is also appreciated.

I don't even know where to begin to thank you! You went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From the beginning the communication and price was outstanding. Then we showed up at the beautiful house, and it was immaculate! We were greated by Terry and he was easy to get a hold of whenever an issue arose. We did have a few problems, but they were handled in a timely manner, and always with a smile. Those issues by no means put a damper on our vacation. We all live in houses, and when you are a house owner, things come up, but they were handled and we were able to enjoy our vacation! We had a wonderful time by the pool with many laughs and great times! The location was perfect and the neighborhood was friendly. We enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood stopping a few times to talk with the neighbors. All in all, our vaction was WONDERFUL and if you still own the house in the years to come, we would definatley visit again! Thank you for the BEAUTIFUL flowers. They were breathtaking and sadly to say unnecessary, but we will enjoy them. Wishing you the best, and thanks again.

Schönes, geplfegtes und sehr großzügig eingerichtetes Haus. Ausreichend Spielzeug, Bücher, Videos, Utensilien für den Pool, Kinderstühle, Waschmaschine und Trockner uvm. befinden sich im Haus. Zur Begrüßung gab's Obst, Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Brot ... alles was man für den "Start "im Ferienhaus" so braucht bereit. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig; man ist dennoch in sehr kurzer Zeit in Sea World, den Parks etc.. . Ein großer Einkaufsmarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Dank an die Vermieter - der Kontakt war sehr nett; wir wurden mit allen notigen Informationen versorgt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Schade, dass wir nur vier Tage bleiben konnten! ____ We spend very nice days. Everything was perfect.

A beautiful villa, cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty big enough for two families, and tastefully decorated. Alarge supermarket is close by, even in walking distance if you want the fresh air!! It's also close to all the major theme parks, as well as the shopping outlets, There are plenty of toys and games to keep the children entertained, as well a a large varied stock of DVD's for those relaxing nights in. With free phone calls and internet access, everybody has been catered for. We would certainly recommend the villa, and will keep the details for when we next visit Orlado.

A lovely spacious villa, big enough for two families. Close to major roads, and a big supermarket within walking distance if you like to walk. It was clean to a high standard, and the Property Management Company were available for any queries. My only niggle was the fact that we had two chairs that needed repairing, and a leak under the wash handbasin, all of which were not repaired in the 3 weeks we stayed. I would recommend this property as it ticked all our boxes for holiday accommodation.

We are really upset and disappointed they felt unable to approach us either during or after their holiday, apart from the review on our website when it would have been so easy to resolve, with Flowers, Champagne, Chocolates an apology, as well new stools delivered the same day and a plumber calling to fix the sink. We pride ourselves on the high level of service given to all our guests over the last 5 years with many guests returning year after year, and are only too happy to assist at any time no matter how small the question or query. Free High Speed Internet Access, Free Local and International Phone Calls as well as a Management Company on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year we are only a message or call away. I hope our guests will accept the flowers, chocolates and a discount off any future holidays as an apology and would like to personally thank them for the review to ensure any situation like this never ocurs again. Fantastic Villa

My family and I have rented this villa on two occassions, June 08 and October 09 and will be renting again whenever we stay in Orlando/Florida. The villa is exactly how it appears on the photos. The layout is very family friendly with the open plan design. The property is very well maintained and very clean. The Hooks who own the villa were very helpful if we needed to ask questions. The supermarket is just down the road and includes a section for british travellers who want things like HP sauce, vinegar, cadburys chocolate etc. Every theme park is worth visiting at least once, you will not be disappointed. The restuarants we always visit are Waffle House who do great breakfasts, Perkins for perfect cakes and coffee/tea and the Ponderosa which is great value for money as you can get a three course steak dinner for $10. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We have just returned from our holiday of a lifetime and we would like to say a big Thank You for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything about the villa exceeded our expectations. Our first impressions as we walked through the front door was how roomy it was, spotlessly clean and very cosy! It was very well equipped and there was so much to keep everyone entertained when we just stayed in and chilled! The pool was especially inviting as the weather was glorious and the Welcome Pack was greatly appreciated on our arrival.It contatined all of the essentials and supplies for breakfast the following morning. Ater enduring a 3 hour flight delay at Gatwick we were in need of a nice cuppa when we got to the villa and all we needed to do was put the kettle on. The location of the villa is ideal for the theme parks and if you need anything from groceries to a takeaway dinner, it's only a 5 minute drive away.The PPM was a real help and it was reassuring to know that he was just a call away if we needed him. We would definitely like to stay here again but next time it will be for longer than 2 weeks. Once again, thank you so much.

Stayed here in May 2009 with another family of 4 which was perfect. The photographs on the website do not do the villa justice as to the size and space there is. Very well equipped and clean villa with everything you need and more. Great welcome pack of basic necessities in the fridge was ideal. Very close to Champions Gate and 2 minutes from Publix supermarket and take away outlets/pharmacy and the 192. 10 minutes to Disney. Management company were ideal and were only a phone call away to answer any queries we had. Would recommend this property for a party of 8 including young children as the toys and pool were brilliant to keep them occupied.

Absolutely Brilliant Holiday at your Villa, and thank you for all the information and help you gave us. The Villa was so well equiped - I couldn't believe how many toys etc. there were. My son loved playing with all the New Things and Swimming in the Pool. Thank you as well for the Generous Welcome Pack, this was a great help as we ended up not arriving till about 9pm so we were very grateful, especially for the tea bags!! You must be very proud to own such a lovely property and I hope that we will be able to use it again in the future! Thanks again. As we were driving there I told my wife the first thing we'd do was to go to the grocery store and buy some eggs for breakfast. Boy, were we surprised to see all the food you provided us including eggs! We first saw the Bread, Fruit, Crackers, Cookies, Sugar, Tea & Wine. But when I opened the fridge there was Milk, Orange Juice, Ham, Cheese , Butter, Bacon, Pepsi, Cheese and Spring Water, Far Out.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, I made a review sometime back, but I must have did something wrong.....lol...I'd just like to Thank you so much again, and let others know they should rent from you in the futher, lovely home, lots of space, access to 192 and I-4 are pretty close by, and wal greens around the corner for those unexpected emergencies like swimmers ear, fever, or just milk for morning.
