Enjoy all the comforts of home . Two newly constructed colonial style houses, fully winterized, with decks and porches and great access to Kezar Lake Beach and boat landing. Houses are situated in a five acre field with filtered views of the lake . Conveniently located 10 minutes from Shawnee Peak Ski Resort and 35 Minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. Beautiful Kezar Lake beach area ,which has picnic tables, a sandy beach and stone fireplace grills and a boat launch with dock, is located behind the houses. Free use of canoe, 2 man kayak and paddleboat which seats 4.
Kezar Lake Marina is a two minute walk from houses. If you want to bring your own boat , leave it in the water at our boat slip at the marina which is included in the price. Rent a speed boat and go tubing or rent a pontoon boat for a scenic ride around beautiful Kezar Lake. Drive 2 minutes and you're at Lake Kezar Country Club for scenic views while you golf. Take a hike on nearby trails or pick blueberries in our field.
Great for family reunions. Total of 20 people can be accommodated by two houses .

Off season Rates- 8/29-6/26 $850 per week or $150 per night. Minimum 2 night stay
$100 discount per week on 2 or more consecutive week stays.(off season only)
6-8 month lease available $1000 per month heat included (off season only)
7% Maine lodging tax and $200 Security deposit required
