This villa is great for families with three or four kids. I have added bunk beds to the second bedroom so now this bedroom will sleep four making this villa sleep six in beds without using the sleeper sofa! We have two other two bedroom villas in the same resort with the same bedding setup and you can see them at vrbo #'s 53101 and 64565. There's also free Wi-Fi at the indoor pool in building three and the outdoor pool in building one.
WHY BRING ALL YOUR BEACH STUFF FROM HOME? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a shuttle that runs every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL area which also has a JOGGING TRACK and EXERCISE ROOM. This building also has FREE WIRELESS internet connection so bring your laptop.
This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor of villas. Patio is overlooking the outdoor pool and deli with grocery store and internet cafe and just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach.
Need additional villas? We have a three bedroom, two bath villa right around the corner, VRBO# 53088. In the next building we have a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the top floor, VRBO# 53101, a three bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the third floor (VRBO# 64555) and a two bedroom, two bath on the first floor with a tropical view, VRBO #64565. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep eight comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Patio is perfect to watch kids at the pool! Island Grill and Deli is right outside your door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, television, and ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower.
The second bedroom is great for kids and has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also another twin bed making this room sleep four comfortably. There is a television with DVD & VCR. Bath with shower is just outside the door.
Deli at the pool has an internet cafe and WiFi internet card can be purchased. There is also free wireless internet by the indoor heated pool in building three.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk or ride the free shuttle across our boardwalk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course our beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, volleyball at the beach, an on-site convenience store and deli, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts free to guests, coin operated washers/dryers on every other floor, elevators and free parking. Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
We bought three villas in Hilton Head in 2004 with hopes of retiring there someday. Since then we have bought two more villas and spend as much time there as we can. We bought in Hilton Head because there is no place that we would rather be.
The Unique Benefits at this Poolside villa
There are so many things that we love about our resort. First is our private beach. Our boardwalk whether you walk or ride our free beach shuttle is the only way to get to our beach. It is so private and not at all crowded. We also have a beach bar and grill called Coco's that just adds to the experience. We also love our indoor pool, workout facility and indoor track. For the occasional rainy day, it is a great place to go!
