WHY BRING ALL YOUR BEACH STUFF FROM HOME? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a shuttle that runs every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL AND JOGGING TRACK which also has FREE WIRELESS internet connection so bring your laptop.
This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor. Patio is overlooking the outdoor pool and deli with grocery store and internet cafe and just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach.
Need additional villas? We have a three bedroom, two bath villa right around the corner, VRBO# 53088. In the next building we have a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the top floor, VRBO# 53101, a three bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the third floor (VRBO# 64555) and a two bedroom, two bath on the first floor with a tropical view, VRBO #64565. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep six comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Patio is perfect to watch kids at the pool! Island Grill and Deli is right outside your door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, television, and ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower.
The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan, television with DVD & VCR and two twin beds. Bath with shower is just outside the door.
Deli at the pool has an internet cafe and wi-fi internet can be purchased. There is also free wireless internet by the indoor heated pool.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk or ride the shuttle across our boardwalk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded. We have a beach shuttle that runs every hour.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, and of course our beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
