LOCATION :
This charming, little house is situated on what can be considered one of the most attractive and without doubt the sunniest spots along the lake. This property is just 150 meters from the lakefront and enjoys views of the lake and its island. It is backed by the beautiful lower Alps which offer wonderful walking trails, and is just five minutes walk from one of the best lakeside beaches, known as "The Lido"

"THE LIDO"
This lake side park and swimming area is not only clean, but is completely free of charge and sits right in front of the island "Comacina." It's perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and has a bar offering refreshments throughtout the summer months.
Situated at the heart of this 60 kilometer long lake, Ossuccio is the cradle of Lake Como's medieval history and has many architectural monuments to show for it. Being only 20 minutes drive from the city of Como, an hours drive from Milan, and within easy reach of the Swiss Border, this property offers all the faculties for a very enjoyable vacation!

THE HOUSE.
The house itself is distributed on three levels.

At ground level:
There is the entrance, a bunk bedroom, and a bathroom with laundry facilities.

On the first floor:
There is the living room, kitchen, master bedrom, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the lake.

On the upper level:
There is a small box bedroom and a mezzanine with a sofa bed,where there are further views of the lake and mountains.
