Beautiful house with AMAZING views

We had the best time staying at this property! Very spacious, incredibly clean and well stocked. The location couldnt be better, the waves crash literally just below the back porch. It's amazing. The pier is a perfect walk down the beach. We will definitely be returning, it was so hard to leave! We saw the dolphins just outside 3 different times and got to watch helicopters land and take off from the aircraft carrier that parked in the distance our first couple days. We were also there during the Red Tide which at night was show in itself! The waves were electric blue as they crashed down. They actually glowed in the dark! Incredible. It couldnt have been more enjoyable. One thing to note..... Only the initial supply of paper towels and Tp are provided, so if u have a larger party, pick up some of that at the grocery store..... Fabric softenter also.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed at this beach house and we had a great time. Grandma got to sit on the patio and watch the kids enjoy the sand and the surf. The home was very clean and well stocked. Although we had planned several day trips to the local theme parks, Legoland, Sea World and Wild Animal Park we ended up skipping that and just stayed on the beach. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi on the patio facing the ocean at dusk. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

A fabulous location and condo. The beach is excellent, the views amazing. One our second day a gray whale was feeding and breaching only a 100 yards from shore. We ran for miles on the beach at low tide. Overall, our 9 days were peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend this site.

We loved our beach front rental! It was everything that we could have asked for in terms of location (couldn't get closer to the oceanfront w/out getting wet), ammenities, cleanliness, and the staff at Beachfront only is outstanding. We only had one issue that concerned the excessive late night noise from the upstairs unit. However, it was addressed immediatly and we noticed the noise reduction right away. We will for sure be using Beachfront only for all of our future SD vacations! Thank you! ·

We rented this beautiful condo during the worst storms SanDiego has seen in a long time! The good part of our vacation was this beautiful condo. Our family really enjoyed the condo. We were stuck inside with limited electricity, high winds, and down pouring rain. Had we been somewhere else I do not think we would have enjoyed ourselves. We enjoyed being able to make our favorite meals, we had plenty of room for everyone to dine together and when we needed space or privacy we could get that as well. LOVED having dual washer and dryer! The beds were very comfortable! We all needed a vacation really bad and it was so disapointing for all of us, tension was high and fuses were short yet we will have very fond memories of our beach front condo

we needed a quiet place for reflection due to the death of a close family memeber and this was perfect.....I only wish check in and out times were more in line with most resorts, I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a peaceful vacation. J

Thank you for an amazing vacation home!!! The home was warm and welcoming and the beach access and views were unbelievable. We immediately felt at home. Every room was stocked with the needed items which made our stay very effortless. All we had to do was make a quick trip to the grocery store and relax!

This is a great vacation home on a quiet section of the great beaches at Oceanside. The views are spectacular and being "ON" the beach is priceless!

by far this was our best vacation ever. the house was spacious and beautiful as was the view. watching the dolphins swimming in the waves was awesome! you didn't have to go far to have fun.just open the sliding glass doors and there was the beach and ocean right there at your fingertips. my children didn't want to leave. the rental agency was very informative and helpful to us as well. when we needed assistance with directions and internet service we called and they walked us through the steps. i can't wait for our next vacation to oceanside. thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!!! the hoerner family
