Built in 2004, Cape Cod Northwest is one of a kind! It is situated so you can watch the sunset from any room of the house, or from the 1800 square foot deck. You are about 150 steps from the beach access path, which opens onto a secluded section of the Oregon coast. Nearby floodlights illuminate the surf at night, so the view is always spectacular. A 7-person hot tub sits on the lower deck so you can enjoy both surf and stars in the evenings.
This is the perfect beach house for a family reunion, corporate retreat or gathering of friends. You can drive right into the 2 car garage to access the main level. There is ample off street parking for everyone in your group. You'll appreciate the Wifi connection as well as the ping pong and air hockey for kids of all ages.
Tastefully decorated, you will love the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and a farm table that can easily seat 12. The in-floor heating, deluxe pillow-top mattresses, and Nantucket-style ambiance make this home memorable and unique. There is a 47' HDTV equipped with satellite channels, Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound, so you will enjoy sitting back to watch your favorite movie or sports event. The Great Room and kitchen each have a wall of windows which overlook the ocean. A Recreation Room with its own TV and mini-kitchen can be found on the lower level.
This home offers spacious accommodations (3100 square feet). On the lower lever, there are two king bedroom suites w/private baths. One king bedroom has 2 additional twin beds built-in. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the recreation room. Another king master suite with luxurious shower is on the main level. On the 3rd level you will find another full bath with a large dorm-style room containing 4 twin beds. From the dorm room, double doors open onto a private and cozy queen bed alcove. Every one of the king and queen bedrooms has an ocean view!
You'll have fun no matter what the weather ... you can challenge your friends to a ping pong match or an air hockey tournament, or play games in front of the fire. On warm days there's nothing better than barbecuing on the in-line grill or relaxing on the deck. Don't forget to walk the beach and search for a hand-blown glass float. Thousands are hidden every year by the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce, and they make the perfect souvenir for your beach getaway!

I enjoyed the home, everything was gorgeous. The home is well kept, everything was of high-end quality, The home was spacious, the beds were comfortable, we forgot seasonings and low and behold, there was everything you could possible want and we loved the share wine concept. What can I say, the home was extremely warm and inviting. I could of used two more days. It was the best weekend ever! I will definitely return. Thank you so much for one of the most enjoyable weekend ever!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed with a large extended group of friends for a 5-night stay. Everything was extremely clean, well stocked and good quality. The main master bedroom had the most comfortable bed. My husband even had to write down the label to see if we could get the same for our home. It was perfect having different "living" areas with TVs around as different groups wanted to watch football, movies, etc. The proximity to the beach, casino and amenities in town is great. We have been renting houses for over 15 years on the OR and WA coasts and this rates in the Top 5.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful house and location! We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect- lots of room for all of us (6 adults, 3 young children). The great room seemed a little smaller than we expected based on the picture on line, but it was still very comfortable (just not a lot of play room for little ones!) The view was spectacular and beach access was very close- we were able to get our strollers down the path and onto the beach which was nice. This is the fourth time that we've stayed at this house, and it remains my favorite beach retreat. The house is large, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. There were 12 of us, and the house could have comfortably slept more, and the dining table was large enough that we could all eat together. My mother commented several times how clean the house was, and she is extremely particular. There are ocean views from almost every room, and many amenities. This is a wonderful beach house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were celebrating my Mom's 80 birthday and wanted a place that we could all be together. There was 9 adults. This house is totally amazing. The pictures show it but when you get there and see the incredible beach views and the decorations it's way more. My family really appreciated having the five bathrooms. The hot tub is so great at night, especially, when all the stars out. My son said he had never stayed in a place as nice as this. The kitchen accomodations are top notch. Everything you would need. It is a short walk to the beach. We happened to be there when the glass floats are put on the beach and my family found five of them. That really made the experience fun. I would highly recommend this to any one.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A wonderful week on the Oregon coast, in large part due to the comfort of our home away from home. A beautiful home exactly as depicted on the website. It easily met the needs for our family of ten ... comfortable with room for anyone wishing quiet time. Owners of the property were very responsive to questions in advance of our trip. This home is wonderful house to consider renting for a family vacation. We chose Cape Cod Northwest to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. We had 13 people there to celebrate with us and everyone loved the house. Believe it or not this home is more beautiful that the pictures capture. When you look at the pictures on line you will agree that they are wonderful and they helped us make our decision, but Cape Cod Northwest is much more then the pictures show. All the rooms are nicely decorated and the view from the upper deck is spectacular-and a wonderful place to have your morning brunch! We have stayed in other vacation homes but none of them compared to how well this home is furnished. We are definitely going to return with our family again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is BEAUTIFUL and orderly. It was perfect for our staff retreat. Very roomy so we weren't tripping over each other, but very cozy as well. We had a fantastic time on our vacation to Lincoln City, OR. We often rent homes for our family of 11 to stay in, and this is certainly the best one we have stayed in yet. It is comfortable, came with everything we needed and has beautiful views. We loved the deck, hot tub and location. It doesn't get any better. About the owner: We have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years and love to vacation on the Oregon coast. Having spent our early lives in New England, we had great memories of summers on Cape Cod, so when we built this house, we asked our architect to give the house a 'Nantucket' flair. Now we have the best of both coasts!
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City:
We searched for a beach house that met all of our needs (great location, wonderful views, sturdy construction, lots of bedrooms and private baths, and comfortable eating and gathering areas for a large group) ... but we couldn't find what we were looking for. When we found a great corner lot in Road's End in 2004, we decided to build our own beach house! It's perfect when our extended family gets together, and I think you'll find it's perfect for your group or family too.
This is our only beach rental, so we can give you excellent customer service. We take great care of this house, since it was designed and built just for us. We keep it in excellent condition and we find our renters do too. You'll feel more like you are staying at the home of a friend, than at a 'rental house'. Little things like tumbled marble window-sills, and a basket of blankets to wrap around you when you're sitting on the deck, will make you feel pampered and 'at home'.
