We just returned from a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. There was Great-Grandma & Grandpa + 2 pound dog Winnie, Grandma & Grandpa, Moms & Dad plus 5 children...The View is amazing, extremely spacious did not even get close to getting in each others way...very very safe & secure...huge kitchen...beds were very comfortable...clean beyond clean...only issue ice maker did not work but beachfront only staff was there in a matter of minutes with ice trays repair man never showed but nothing that a 99 cent bag of ice did not cure and did not take away from the trip what so ever...also the booking staff was friendly helpful...reservations were quick, no hidden fees could not be happier...I have been raving non-stop, we are already planning our next stay plus I believe other family & friends will be too...AWESOME and exceeded our expectations...LOVE IT!

Beautiful Condo

We had a group of 15 in this beautiful condo for the week and it met all of our needs. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for all. Young kids were safe and had tons of fun on the beach. I hope to return in the near future.

We will definitely do this again, with or without our family. We all had a marvelous time. The condo was large enough that we were not falling all over each other and perfect to host a guest chef and cooking demonstration in a birthday celebration. Very well equipped for the evening and a perfect setup with the counters around the kitchen. The view of the ocean was fantastic for sunrise and sunset.

I booked this gorgeous home site unseen and was pleasantly surprised. The 5 bedroom condo was very clean, stocked with everything needed in a kitchen plus more. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spaced out nicely so we didn’t feel like we were right next to each other. We had 15 people all together and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen, living room and dining area was superb, I love to cook so everyone was able to sit and enjoy themselves. The private spa was a plus!!

My husband and I along with our three children enjoyed our stay at 809A more than I can say. The property was extremely clean and so beautiful! The sound of the ocean along with the view (including the dolphins:) were nothing short of magical!! Thank you beachfront rental for an amazing trip!

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at the house for an entire week as an extended family. The cousins love being together all the time. The house is well designed with great ammenities and met all of our needs. We can be together as a family for breakfast, then go out on the beach for a while and then back together in the evening to play games or watch a movie. The house is just a few steps out to the beach. It's a great way to be together as a family. We have to come back next year.. and the next year... and the next year (at least that what our daughter says.) PS - the people at Beach Front Only were great to work with. THANKS

We had a family vacation on short notice (reserved about a week prior to check in) and everything turned out smooth. The paperwork and logistics were taken care of by a friendly and courteous representative and everything was just easy. The property was better than adverstised and was more than sufficient for 10 people (4 of them children 5 years old and under). Excellent view from the property. Enjoyed listening to the waves throughout our stay. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about a family getaway.

We rented all four units of 809 and had the best time ever! The accomodations were luxurious... spacious, clean, well stocked, well laid out and fantastic. The roof-deck was the perfect gathering place where we could eat meals together and enjoy group activities. The location at the end of the strand was great...quite secluded from the busy-ness of the beach going public, but close enough to enjoy the pier and the Oceanside area. Loved it!

Everyone was overwelmed by the "Beach House" layout. Privacy in sleeping, ROOM for daytime visiting, game playing, cooking. This place was well thought out and the management was brilliant! Not needing a "key" was priceless! Only having to take out the trash and your own "stuff" the final day...again, priceless! We plan on doing this again and will definitely use ONLY this agency!

Beautiful home on the water

Check-in was simple and convenient. The home is well-decorated and clean. The rooms each had their own vanity and there were plenty of bathrooms. Towels were provided and the kitchen was stocked with basic kitchenware. We cooked a lot. Parking on the street was ample, which was good for our visiting family and friends. The house sits less than 50 yards from the water, making for spectacular views. I got some great photos on this trip. On the flip side, because the water was so close, there isn't much sand to play on, especially at high tide. My kids loved exploring the rocks lining the beach, although real little ones had to be watched closely. There is a grassy park closeby and the pier is a pleasant walk away. We would go back sometime, but probably during the off-season again when the prices are more reasonable.

Best Family Reunion Ever! I am the family member who arranges the extended family reunions for my side of the family every 3 years. It is quite a challenge, since we have almost 60 family members to accomodate, and they come from as far away as Alaska on the West coast, and Virginia on the East Coast. This time, I found your properties, and asked them all to come to California. From the moment each family arrived to the moment they left, they couldn't stop saying how much they loved it. In fact, by the end of our stay, they were all saying it was, without a doubt, the best reunion ever! The property and the location had something for everyone, from the tiniest tot to great grandmother. It was just great! Thanks again, and maybe we'll be seeing you for the next reunion!

My husband generously gifted me with a weekend stay in 809A for my birthday. We invited 4 of my dearest friends from our early years of parenting that we hadn't seen since we moved away. It was a dream come true. Every woman who stepped through the door had the same response, "Wow! This place is amazing". we all loved it so much we never left our cozy haven the whole weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the living room window seat; the kitchen was well stocked and accommodated all of us in there together or standing around the spacious island talking; we enjoyed hours in the outdoor,covered jacuzzi; we felt totally spoiled to each spend a few quiet moments in our own rooms and private baths. We will be making this an annual event. It far exceeded our expectations and left us more deeply grateful for a place to reconnect and continue building precious memories.

The reservation process was very easy. The staff was very helpful answering my questions. The house has a keyless locking system-you enter a code to get in the house. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The kitchen was also very well stocked. I was impressed. Best of all, it was right on the beach! Perfect location...short stroll into town.

We had all our children and grandchildren and this place was perfect! The location was great - the people were great - we just felt so taken care of. We were so comfortable and everything in the home was so convenient that we could enjoy each other - which is what you want in a family reunion. The only recommendations I could make are: -air conditioning, but we are from AZ so we like our AC. But this really wasn't much of an issue being so close to the beach, and we were there at probably the hottest time - and the mornings and evenings were wonderful - so just keep the fans going in the afternoons and you're fine. -There were just some small things, like not super good kitchen appliances, dull knives and not a very good can opener...but we REALLY cooked while we were there, so I'm probably being picky. This was such a wonderful vacation for our family - I couldn't recommend this place more - it WAS perfect!

This place was beautiful! It was very clean, very modern, and very spacious! We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and there was also a hot tub. We could walk right outside to the beach, which was so convenient! Would definitely come back again!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this unit. It is awesome!! The layout is such that people in all 5 bedrooms have privacy. We love the 2 washers & 2 dryers! The private jacuzzi was used by someone morning til night! The view from the living room & balcony is awesome of the ocean. We had a family talent show and there was plenty of room for all our kids/grandkids to be together there. Our only complaint is that the outside garbage cans were full when we checked in and we needed to dispose of our garbage bags daily since we were a large group. We felt very safe since you needed a code to enter. We'd go again next year if we could afford it!!

Great Place for the Whole Extended Family

My daughter was graduating from USD and we had family flying in from all over the US. We wanted a large enough space for the whole extended family to stay and play together. I was nervous not knowing the area and concerned that the web pictures might be an embellishment of the actual accomodations. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The beach flat is very large, bedrooms are roomy and the view is terrific! We had aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, great grandparents and children, all staying together and enjoying their vacations. The beds, including the window beds, are large and comfortable. The bed linens and towels were plenty to accomodate all. We cooked several meals together for this large group in the kitchen that was well equipped for feeding all. Thanks to the owners for sharing this terrific space!

My family recently spent 8 days at the 809B property. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The property was fantastic - better than my own home. I wanted to move in! It is located at the very end of the Strand, so you get almost no traffic to ruin the ambiance. All of the bedrooms were beautiful, and we gathered every day in front of the large window looking out onto the ocean. It was a great escape from reality. This was a great property for a family - I recommend bringing or renting bikes for your trip. We had a great time riding down to the pier, and the marina.

This was the fifth time we have stayed at this property. We like to visit when if is off-season and the prices are lower. Amazingly, when we've visited in the winter, we've had great weather each time! The property is large and beautiful. The bay window overlooking the beach is perfect. I love that it has a shower outside for rinsing the sand off, and double washers and dryers inside to keep the laundry moving through after sandy visits on the beach. Our family loves the location and the experience in Oceanside at this property!

Our mom's 90th birthday celebration was a success at this beautiful home in Oceanside. The five bedrooms enabled each family to have their own room and the one level floor design was especially nice. Our large group was able to enjoy each others company without feeling crowded. The great picture window overlooking the ocean allowed our mom to get to watch for the first time her kids and grandkids surfing. Our weekend was everything we could have hoped for and more.

What a wondeful way for a family to spend a week with each other. This is our 3rd year of staying on the beach with Beachfront Only, and everyone has been delightful. The Grandkids call the houses grandma beach house and they start talking about next year as soon as we get home. Next year is already planned for the same building except for apt number. If you have anyone handicapped and need all the facilities to take care of them 809 Pacific ave. Oceanside, CA has them. The beach is awesome for walking and shell gathering. God willing we will be back next year.

My family, which included my wife, 4 kids, and 3 dogs, stayed at this beautiful rental in June of 2008 and thoroughly enjoyed it! It is right on the beach, was beautifully furnished, and exceeded our expectations. The manager of the rental unit even met us when we arrived in the middle of the night and I had forgot the entry code to get into the property! If you are looking for a rental unit good enough for a family, and would like to be right on a beautiful beach, and enjoy watching dolphins, surfers, and the crashing waves, I highly recommend this property.
