Stunning house situated in the historic "Sweet Vale of Avoca", this delightful bungalow is a private retreat on three acres of mature gardens, and features its own Tennis court, and giant flagstone patio overlooking the magnificent Avondale Forest and the Wicklow mountains.
The house accommodates up to eight people, with four bedrooms, cosy living room with fireplace, large sunny conservatory, formal dining area, and eat-in kitchen. The house is well appointed throughout, beautifully designed with comfortable overstuffed couches, lounge chairs, antiques, and is well equipped with mod cons from Cappuccino to Breadmaker. Outdoors, enjoy woodland walks into the forest from our property, or relax and enjoy the beautiful view from hammocks & sunloungers. BBQ, teak furniture and patio heaters make sunset dining a pleasure.
Wicklow is 'the Garden of Ireland' and Avoca is the 'Garden Center'. The area hosts over 20 Golf courses and is home to magnificent historic mansions and gardens such as Powerscourt Waterfall and Gardens, Russborough and Kilruddery Houses, Mount Usher Gardens, Avondale and Avoca Forests. World renowned Glendalough, along with fabulous beaches less than 20 mins away.
Traditional Irish music and Fine Dining are all local, along with first class Spa facilities at Brooklodge Hotel.
