This beautifully maintained, smoke-free condominium is in excellent condition and is fully furnished. Large patio doors lead onto your private screened-in Lanai that overlooks the golf course. It's always fun to watch the golfers!
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a private bath, a walk in closet, TV, and access to the Lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
A Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom will accommodate two overnight guests. Your private parking space is close to your front door. It's just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the pool.
The grounds are beautifully maintained by an on-site management company. Security guards patrol the grounds 24 hours a day for your peace of mind. Sorry, no pets are allowed per association rules.
You are just a five minute drive from St. Pete Beach. Here you can enjoy swimming in the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, para-sailing, jet-skiing, or just relax and work on your tan. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and nightlife up and down the beach. Anything you need is probably there.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is 30 minutes away and Disney World is just 90 minutes. Tropicana Field and downtown St. Petersburg is just ten minutes away!
