Location: Sol Vista, Winter Park Area, Northwest, Colorado, USA (The home is approx. 1 1/2 hrs from Denver.)

Accommodations:  Home, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

This home is located in Granby Ranch area near the Headwaters Golf and Sol Vista Ski area. Winter Park Ski and Mary Jane are about 20 minutes away by car or you can catch a shuttle from the nearby Silvercreek Lodge.

Grand Lake Village and Rocky Mountain National Park are approx. 20 minutes away. Snowmobiling rental, X-Country Skiing,and Ice Skating located nearby. The avid Golfer will enjoy three championship 18-hole golf courses all within five miles of the house.

They include Pole Creek, Elk Ranch, and Headwaters. If this is too much for you, you can relax in front of the gas wood burning stove and watch the deer and other wildlife frequent the area. The kitchen has an island which is great for preparation and service with plenty of serving area. Kitchen has pots-n-pans, dishes, etc.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a master bath including a large shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a full size bed with a second bathroom in the hallway. There are two lower level bedrooms with a bathroom in the hall. The first bedroom on the lower level has a full-bed and a twin bed. Second bedroom on the lower level has two bunk bed sets which one of the lower bunk unit is a full-sized bed.

Both the bunk room and livingroom have televisions w/Dish Network. The livingroom television has DVD/VCR capability and the bunk room has VCR only. The stereo in the living room is a Pioneer AM/FM amplifier/tuner w/5 tray CD player.
