  We stayed for four night at the facility and it is amazing place. Management company is very efficient and stay on top of the issue reported and resoved very quickly. We can't wait to visit again. It is best location for people visiting Disney.

  A nice basic house that is accurately described on the listing except we believe the bed in the ensuite bedroom is a double - not a queen size. The Oasis Maintenance people were very responsive to our needs - particularly the telephone system and the missing and broken kitchen utensils. We definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Cannot recommend local restaurants as we ate in for most of our stay. For people with disabilities it would be an advantage to have a railing to facilitate entry to the pool & spa.

• BEWARE!!!!!!

  I have two comments of significance regarding this rental. 1. Four out of the five guests who swam in the pool needed medical attention for the earaches they received from the pool water. 2. Do not expect to receive your deposit back if you stay here! I strongly advise any guest staying here to spend the first day of their trip checking every piece of the property for dirt, dust, a stain, spotty sheets, pet hair, etc. and to document whatever they find. On the first attempt to retrieve my deposit I was told that I was being charged for pet hair (not only did we not bring a pet, we do not even own a pet), spots on kitchen chairs (spots that had been there long before we were), a spot on the carpet (Really?? Maybe there should be a disclaimer for guests to wear surgical suits when entering the home…), and a $50 charge to purchase new sheets due to a spot being found on one of them (I guess everyone purchases new sheets every time one needs to be laundered???). The home may appear hospitable, but don’t be fooled, the owners are not.

  Owner response: This is an unfair review from somebody unwilling to accept responsibility for damage, this is only the 4th time I have had the need to charge a security deposit in 7 years....This particular tenant sent me an email at the end of their stay stating 'how much we enjoyed your facility' no mention of earache to either myself or management. In respect of the charge the property was left with bleach and dirt stained sheets in two rooms which didn't launder out, if these were not replaced the quality of the rental would not be as high! The kitchen chairs and carpet stains were never put down as this tenants responsibility, management were merely pointing out to me of things needing attention in the same email, I always forward a copy of the email on for transparency, however, it would seem this particular person is just looking for reasons to complain. If any prospective rentor requires references and copies of emails I am more than happy to provide. Thank you.

  My family and I spent 9 days at this wonderful vacation villa, and we loved it! The villa was very clean and well-stocked for our stay. The pool was well-maintained, and we loved taking a swim after a hot day at the parks. I loved the resort as well - great amenities and it was fun to see other vacationers who were there. The neighborhood was very quiet too. We would definitely use this villa again if we go back to Disney. FYI: The villa is about 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom and 20 minutes from the other parks. It was super easy to find our way around.

  What a nice refuge after a full day of driving!!!!! We have stayed here twice and plan on a third time this fall. This home is very nice, well kept, and has all the comforts of being at home. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and dinning ware. Ample amounts of towels and linens. Maintenance requests are quickly taken care of. The neighborhood is always well maintained and extremely quiet. In fact, the direct neighbors are rarely at home. We did have some neighbors a couple of houses down, but you could not even tell they were there. Everyone is so quiet and respectful...no rambunctious teenagers here! Having the community gated adds to its secure feeling. And lets be honest, its nice having the gates opened for you.....kinda makes you feel like you have more money than you really do. : ) And how nice is it to have your own private pool and hot tub 10 steps outside your door?!?!?! For non-Floridians, this is a very big deal and is what I look for in rentals!!!!! You just can't beat everything you get for the price! I don't know why you would stay anywhere else. Its a heck of a lot cheaper than staying on Disney property - trust me, I know! After experiencing a hotel full of screaming kids versus this place......guess which one I am going to pick?!?!

  My wife and I took my parents to Disney in Nov 2010. We stayed at this fabulous home which is very close to Disney 10 minutes to all parks. In addition we were able to bring our small dog which was a must for us. The home was clean and very spacious with a nice pool and spa.The owner and management staff were exceptional and answered our calls promptly. I highly recommend this home and when we do come back we plan on staying here again.

  I rented this house for my family of 4 from Clearwater for a week's stay in Orlando. Not only was the house beautiful and immaculately maintained, it was perfectly located in a gated community very close to Disney and many other local attractions. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go the entire week within 15 - 20 minutes. There are also many, many stores, restaraunts and shops closeby. The layout of the home is perfect for families or friends staying together, and it's very tastefully decorated. It's also very well equipped with things you need throughout your stay; cookware, utensils, bedding, towels, etc. The games room was a bonus and the pool and hot tub were awesome. Although we didn't participate in any, the clubhouse in the community also offers entertainment, organized activities and has another poool, a tiki bar, and a snack bar. The only disappointment for us was that the house doesn't have wireless connectivity, and neither did we locate any hard wire connections to get online. We were able to purchase internet service at the clubhouse, which we did once to purchase and print some tickets, but most of what we needed to do we managed through my blackberry internet and our GPS. The service at the clubhouse runs about $4.99/hr or you can buy other blocks of time as well, and they also charge for printing and faxing. It's not terribly expensive, but it can add up if you use the services a lot, so it's better if you can plan some of that out in advance or before you go. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property. The rates were reasonable, and the entire experience made our vacation. I'll never stay in a hotel for a personal vacation again, and I'll certainly look up this owner and this property in the future if we travel back to Orlando.

  This house and location ie Emerald Island Resort is everything it was supposed to be and more!! My family spent 2 weeks at this property and had a great time. I can say we did not have one problem at the house or the resort. All of our needs were met...it was just like we lived full time in Florida!! Well done!!! We will return to this location.
