Unfortunatly I did not write a review when our family vacationed here in 2009. It wasn't until I was reading other reviews that I felt it was my obligation to include one as well. The condo itself was simply put " over the top"! We were so impressed by its beauty and then there is always the views.. The owner was very kind and in addition, Derek was on site and available for any additional questions we had during our stay. Serioulsy, we have been vacationing in the Destin area for over 10 years and this is the most beautiful penthouse condo I have ever rented. If you are lucky enough to stay there and get appointed the master suite --- you are just that, lucky enough! It was a remarkable stay and one our family will treasure forever and the view from the huge balcony was our gathering spot each morning. Ron and Gwenn Brown Cincinnati, OH

On entry, the condo looked the same as the photos. Unfortunately, the surface was not the actual condition. The coffee pot had molded grounds. The dishwasher was inoperable and wasn't repaired in the 7 days we were there. The bedspreads were soiled and obviously hadn't been recently laundered. The hot tub jets didn't work and the temp of the water was 65 degrees when we arrived. There were other difficulties, but these were the most extreme. I've contacted the management company, while we were there and three times since returning from vacation with no resolution- The building and grounds are beautiful, unfortunately, the property doesn't match.

This was probably one of the most beautiful condos I have rented. I was here for my sister's birthday and we had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully appointed. I imagined myself being there on a holiday. Would highly recommend.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
