Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. Coco's our beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a BEACH SHUTTLE that runs every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL WITH JOGGING TRACK which also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.
This newly renovated three bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located on the first floor and close to parking. Just steps away from the outdoor pool and deli with an internet cafe and the private boardwalk to the beach. This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.

Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep ten comfortably. Television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. We provide movies, books and games. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats three. There is also a private deck off of den with table and two chairs.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!
The large dining area off of den and kitchen seats six to eight.
The master bedroom has a television, ceiling fan, tv and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, two twin beds and a television with DVD & VCR. And another full bath is just down the hall. Kids will love this third bedroom with television with DVD & VCR and bunkbeds that sleep three - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top - and an additional twin that makes this room sleep four kids comfortably.
And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded.
This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes.
