Privacy and elbow room await you in this beautifully decorated home. Just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, Frankfort and near many of Northern Michigan's premier vacation spots such as The Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City.
Also, just down the boardwalk through the protected natural area, await enough waterfront amenities to fill a barn! There is a row boat, 2 kayaks, 1 towable water trampoline w/tow rope, life jackets in various shapes & sizes, full dock w/moorings for extra boats, fire pit w/chairs, rope hammock, chaise lounge, and as an extra bonus we include the use a pontoon boat free of charge ( a $1,000 value). Oh, and did we mention 10 gallons of free premixed fuel!

Can't tell you how glad we were to find this place to rent on the internet! Not an easy task to find a place to accommodate 14 people . . . The "barn" is comfy & cozy. Plenty of space for all of us to find a place to hang out and do our thing. The color tour we took at this time of year was incredible. Even our 3-year old woke up one morning and asked if we were staying another day in our "beautiful house"! Thanks for your hospitality!

I've been to this location several times for a girls weekend geteway and have loved it every time. Can't wait to go back! Not only is the house clean and beautifully decorated, it's very comfortable and can easily accomodate a large group with plenty of bathrooms and sleeping areas. The short walk down to the lake is like entering a secluded paradise. It's a private lakefont access with an area for swimming, your own boat to use, and even has a fire pit and chairs. Or one can just sit and watch the morning sunrise and listen to the loons calling. Very peaceful!

Hi I stayed at the cottage last march and it was great. The rooms were clean and very nicely kept up. I would love to go back again . The outside was just as nice. Thank you for keeping this as a vacation place for everyone. Can't wait to go back again.,

I came and stayed at one of the houses for a ladies weekend retreat and had the most wonderful time. Not only was the house beautiful and big it was so clean. Anything we needed was there for us. The bed I slept in was sooo comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. I can't wait to come again.
