The Angler's Inn is a fully furnished, 1500 square foot house located on scenic River Road. It is located in the heart of the Guadalupe River Recreational area. Tubing, rafting, swimming, and fishing are all at the back door.
Named for its decor, the Angler's Inn sleeps six, there is a queen bed, two twin-size beds, and a comfortable full-size futon sofa. Quilts and warm comforters give this house a warm cozy feeling. The kitchen is fully-furnished with all you need to cook. There is grill and picnic table for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.
We are only minutes from historic Gruene, Texas, Schlitterbahn, and outlet mall shopping in San Marcos. San Antonio attractions are about 45 minutes away. In the fall and winter, you can enjoy trout fishing just outside the door in the Guadalupe River, trout are annually stocked along this section of the river. You must have a fishing license and trout stamp to fish.
