Enjoy the privacy of home living in this new Princeville gated community by the name of the Villas of Kamalii. Elegant furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout add to the comfort and enjoyment of its guests. The living area upstairs is quite spacious with many windows lending an open and airy feeling, with breath taking mountain views. Enjoy tropical breezes as you relax on one of the three lanais amid sunset's colorful skies.
This wonderful home features two master suites with dual sinks in the bathrooms making it perfect for two couples. There is also a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds and a 3rd full bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen features marble countertops and high end appliances, making it pleasant to prepare meals at home.
You may even want to check out the sunshine markets, held in various towns island-wide, for fresh, local produce to include in your recipes. Dining out is easy; the difficult part is choosing from such a wide variety of nearby restaurants right in Princeville and the neighboring town of Hanalei. Golfers are delighted about being such a short walk to the Makai Golf Course and a very short drive to the Prince Golf Course, rated #1 in Hawaii. Other activities and adventures that await you nearby include swimming, helicopter rides, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, horseback riding, sailing, boat tours of Na Pali, fishing and shopping. Pool is 50 yards from villa.

The upstairs master suite features king bed, walk-in closet, private lanai with mountain views, over-sized shower, dual sinks, and TV with DVD. Third bedroom features two twin beds with 3rd full bathroom across entry foyer.
Open living and dining area with well appointed new furnishings. Kitchen features marble countertops, high end appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. Downstairs is a full laundry room with sink. One-car garage to store your rental car. Telephone, Cable TV, (3)TVs, DVD, VCR and CD players. Pool and barbecue grill.

"Wow! Best vacation my husband and I have ever had!! Probably wondering why - well let me tell you. The house (known as home to me after the first few days) was comfortable and we had great fun making meals as well as eating out. It was like being in college again without any tests to take - just feeling young with no restrictions or obligations. There was so much to do it was hard to get everything done and we were here for 2 weeks. We loved the location of Princeville and also the surrounding area. We walked from the house everyday and walked 5 miles or more each day. Used the pool and many excursions. I would love (to) come back in a heart beat because it was the best trip we ever had. We give it a ten out of ten. Woo Hoo!"
