Located on beautiful, three-mile-long Glen Lake, this lovely, three-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath home with central air conditioning will make your stay in the Adirondacks a pleasurable one. You can enjoy gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets from the lovely screened-in porch. This charming lakefront home is newly renovated, immaculate, and beautifully furnished. It is situated on one-plus acre (plenty of parking) with 100 feet of private waterfront with sandy shallow beach for swimming and a dock (bring your motorboat!). A canoe is also provided for you to enjoy.
The home has a fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, washer/dryer, cable TV, stereo, CD/DVD player, and outdoor furniture. The main floor consists of a large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room with full-size sofa bed, and sliding doors to the screened-in porch overlooking the lake, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized bedroom. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a half bath, and a bedroom with two twins. The beautifully finished basement, with sliding doors that open out to the lake, has a daybed with a trundle and a laundry room.
Activities and Attractions:
The house is just minutes from Lake George Village, many public golf courses, tennis, and the Warren County Bike trail, which is right around the corner from the house. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and ice skating. In the summer, you will have fun water skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing, sailing, hiking, or just relaxing in the sun. The Saratoga Racetrack and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center are only 20 minutes away. If you want more fun for the kids, The Great Escape Amusement Park and Splashwater Kingdom are only a few miles away. Come and enjoy all that the Adirondacks have to offer.
