This beautiful 5 year old townhome is located on the 5th hole of the Black Rock nine at Sunbrook Golf Course. It offers 1350 square feet of beautiful accommodations. Enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of Pine Mountain, Snow Canyon, and the golf course from the back patio and upper deck.
With ten-foot coffered ceilings throughout, you will find all of the furnishings are new with a designer's flare. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom. The spacious master is beautifully furnished with a new king-size bed and 2 dressers. It has its own cable TV, DVD, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a large tiled shower. Sliding doors lead to the upstairs covered deck.
The second bedroom has its own full bathroom, two twin beds, cable TV, VCR, and access to the upstairs covered deck. The laundry is conveniently located near both bedrooms.
In the living room you'll find a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and a home theater system including 32" TV, DVD, and surround sound. The three-way fireplace is visible from the dining room, living room, and the kitchen. Sliding doors lead to the patio just steps from the fairway. There is also a 1/2 bath located downstairs.
The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and a walk-in pantry. The large picture window in the dining room allows a wonderful view of the golf course and Pine Mountain.
The one-car garage provides storage area for all of your recreational gear. Additional private parking is located in front of the unit. There is a pool,spa and BBQ area for your enjoyment!

How 'bout that North Rim of the Canyon!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law felt so at home in your condo. We needed a place to stay during the Senior Olympics, and a hotel is never the same as a home. Thank you for making our stay so easy, and comfortable. We cooked a few meals, enjoyed the easy pace of breakfast in pj's, and loved watching the world series together, again in our pj's. The view of the golf course, and expansive views in the distance of mountain formations were beautiful at sundown. We drove to the North Rim of the Grande Canyon, and hiked a few trails, and enjoyed the view of the canyon from the Lodge. The drive is an easy one from St. George, and without twisty roads to contend with. We will share our wonderful find with others. debi and family

If we get back to the area next fall, we'll try to stay here again. Really enjoyed the condo and the area around it. Though not golfers, we enjoyed watching the activity on the course.

Ann, Susan and I wish to thank you for your hospitality over the last three winters. We have enjoyed both the area and your townhome very much. We have decided to move on, to Green Valley, Arizona, next year. We want to experience a new area, with weather a bit warmer, knowing we won’t find the scenic beauty we have come to enjoy in St. George. We really miss Rover ( it is sure quiet here now) now that he is barking at another neighbor somewhere in St. George. He hasn’t been a problem at all, just unusual. Once again, thanks for being a good host. Who knows, we may return some year. Mike
