This beautiful 3 year old townhome is located on the 5th hole of the Black Rock nine at Sunbrook Golf Course. It offers 1350 square feet of luxury accommodations. Enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of Pine Mountain, Snow Canyon, and the golf course from the back patio and upper deck.
With ten-foot coffered ceilings throughout, you will find all of the furnishings are new with a designer's flare. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom. The spacious master is beautifully furnished with a new king-size bed and 2 dressers. It has its own cable TV, DVD, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a large tiled shower. Sliding doors lead to the upstairs covered deck.
The second bedroom has its own full bathroom, two twin beds, cable TV, VCR, and access to the upstairs covered deck. The laundry is conveniently located near both bedrooms.
In the living room you'll find a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and a home theater system including 32" TV, DVD, and surround sound. The three-way fireplace is visible from the dining room, living room, and the kitchen. Sliding doors lead to the patio just steps from the fairway. There is also a 1/2 bath located downstairs.
The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and a walk-in pantry. The large picture window in the dining room allows a wonderful view of the golf course and Pine Mountain.
The one-car garage provides storage area for all of your recreational gear. Additional private parking is located in front of the unit. There is a pool,spa and BBQ area for your enjoyment!
