The first floor includes a wonderfully-appointed kitchen with all amenities, a nook area with seating for four, full dining room with seating for eight, and a living room. The second floor includes four bedrooms with comfortable bedding including feather comforters, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. The third floor has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The basement area includes a washer/dryer and another full bathroom with shower. The backyard is quaint and well manicured with a gas barbecue and lawn area. The home has off-street parking for four cars. The homeowner also provides a guest parking pass in the summer for street parking.
